Monochrome in full effect; I went with a black bodysuit, paired with my pleated skirt and silver heels to bring out the silver lurex in the tights. I added a bow waist belt to keep the look seamless.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: these were super easy to roll up the legs this morning. I did my little scrunch to make sure they were fine going over my anklets, and then an easy roll up the legs. I set hem in place, got dressed and out the door to start my day!

On The Legs: so I will say the lurex on these feel a lot nicer than the cheaper pairs you get. I have tested out so many pairs over the years, but these are really soft and a lovely shimmer pair.

The quality of these are lovely, and I kept them pristine all day long. I was worried if I managed to snag them, if they would end up showing. I did make sure that I kept everything away from my legs, just to be sure that I don’t end up with any damage.

The fit of these are bigger than what I would normally go for, which means that I have a lot of material to play with. This also means that the shimmer element is going to be darker and opaque; if I had a size smaller, I’m sure they would be more sheerer and shinier. Either way, I still liked them, and they looked amazing on the legs too!

The feel of these I mentioned are soft, and lovely against the skin. I did have irritation once or twice during my wear, but nothing major to complain about.

The Toes & Ankle: I believe these don’t have reinforced toes to them, which is a shame as there’s no harm having them in case you do have sharp or long nails and still wanna rock a pair.

I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear. As you’ll see below, these come with a lot of stretch!

Around the feet and ankles, I had a smooth finish with no wrinkling which was great!

The Waistband & Gusset: are beaut! I love a good seamless waistband, and Heist are known for their deep ones. I do love that it has some serious height to them, but honestly it did start to wrinkle down my body after some time. I managed to keep them up with my bodysuit against them, but without that, I can see them rolling down and sitting around the waist bunched up.

The band itself is super soft, stretchy and hugs the body well. I do like the band; the height is a little too much for me.

These also don’t have a cotton gusset to them, just so you’re aware.

My Thoughts?

These are a lovely pair, and one for making a statement in too. I loved the quality of these, and that I had a lot of material to play with, so it gave an opaque finish than a sheer one. I wasn’t too keen on a high waistband, but no biggie there. I would still recommend these for sure!
