The Packaging: yep I went to town with my packaging images because why not? There was so much to snap with these as soon as you get into them!
The front has the model on the front wearing the hosiery with the brand, make and size, and the back goes into more detail about the pair inside:

When you get inside, you will find these neatly wrapped around promotional cardboard (which is always great) along with a certificate of quality as well.
Now a weird one … I saw a tag (not attached to anything) inside the folded tights, which was so unexpected:
“Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for buying this Wolford product. In doing so you have chosen a product with a natural luxury feel against the skin. Wolford branded products offer a perfect fit, immaculate styling and a unique feeling of comfort. Please observe the laundry recommendation for long-lasting quality.
Please wash this high quality products separately in a washbag with reduced spin cycle and dry flat.
Enjoy this Wolford quality product.”
Anyways, as I keep unravelling, I find these to be subtly shaped to the legs and feet; it won’t be much due to the rubbery design on the foot. I can see these be a little mission to roll and pull on!
Getting Them On: okay so scrunch and roll people! Because let’s face it, you don’t wanna run the risk of ripping your tights by pulling them up the leg the whole way!
I tried to srunch and roll the best I could, but I will tell you that it is hard to do as the fire is a thickish glossy rubber!
I managed to do it (and I had to do it without my hosiery gloves in the end) to give that smooth finish on the legs. You might want to roll them up and down a few times to set them once you have set the flames.
On The Legs: these aren’t as opaque as they look on the model. As they’re around 60-70 denier, you will get some sheerness in them so don’t be disappointed!
The denier is great to help blend that design in with the gloss then lifting it to make it something subtly amazeballs!
The coverage is so great on these; I didn’t find any patchy parts across the legs where it might be stretched more etc. I love it!
The design is so amazeballs; it’s so different and truly does stand out. This deserves a pair of heels that will show it off and not cover most of it as it runs from the toes to above the ankles.
No snagging issues whatsoever; that’s the beauty of Wolford!
The only downside I found is that it crinkles bigtime around the ankles, but I will talk about that in the next section 🙂
The Toes & Ankle: so the toes are plain where the nails are which then works into flames. There is plenty of wiggle room to begin with, but I found during the day there was a big amount of pressure put on them which I had to them pinch away.
Another little blah point for me is that the flames are on the bottom to; great for heels that might be slightly big or if your feet slip in shoes but a nightmare when you’re trying to move quickly on laminated flooring picking up dust as you go along!
Another point I made earlier is that the ankles crinkle… A LOT! This is due to the thick rubber which is wrapped around on both sides of the ankle. When you’re walking, it doesn’t sit flush and smooth so do be aware of that if you purchase some.. I started to really annoy me during the day as it just ruins the look on the legs rather than being this amazing statement piece.
The Waistband & Gusset: so the waistband is so comfy throughout the day, so you don’t have to worry about this rolling down or not sitting flush against you.
You can tell back from front with the Wolford label inside the tights.
The gusset isn’t a cotton on; it’s just the hosiery material so if you do go commando, be mindful that there isn’t that lovely cotton patch!
My Thoughts?
Apart from the design crinkling away, I really love these! They’re so unique, so bold and really fun to dress up (or down).
The quality is always great with Wolford; it’s really hard to get a snag in these to be honest.

You’ve done it again another great review these tights are stunning love the look. Just when I think I have enough tights I read another review and see another pair I want. Your my inspiration in buying new styles that look great on plus the downside of others that have certain issues like roll down , snags etc. All is great to know before buying hosiery nothing worse than getting a pair and being disappointed after spending good money.

They look good on the legs (Not difficult on you). But it’s difficult to know if they look good or not on the feet. I found the photos quite dark, so it was difficult to tell if the design on the feet was a positive or negative addition. I think you the review needed a couple of photos of the feet and shoes in decent lighting.
It should be noted that I do not have a foot fetish, although I recognise that feet can look nicer in hosiery. I recon that these tights would look really good in certain footwear, but I would be unable to say what that footwear would be, in terms of colour and style. I suspect it will vary depending on the wearer and observer.
