Femme Luxe Clothing Review (Part 16)
I, once again, have my hands on a little mix of dresses – and this time we are going pretty glam with them.
I will forewarn you this time I am not wearing any hosiery with them – just wanted a change from it but I promise next time I will!

Outfit 1 : Black Slinky Ruched Side Strapless Mini Dress (Emma)

My Thoughts: so not a bad dress overall. I liked the style, I liked the ruching and I liked the pointed sections on the front of the dress. However, this dress isn’t lined which makes it thin, it doesn’t hold up well at all to the point I need to keep pulling it up and it could have done with some piping at the front and back to hold it up a little better.

Outfit 2 : Rust Slinky Ruched Thin Strap Midi Dress (Vienna)

My Thoughts: well I was being nice giving this a higher score, even though it isn’t that great. The colour isn’t what it’s like on the website, there is very minimal shaping to this dress and NOT HAVING ADJUSTABLE STRAPS is just plain silly! The ruching on the dress I did like as it hugs your figure, regardless of your shape so that’s a bonus I suppose. But I wasn’t overly pleasedÂ

Outfit 3 : Pink Satin One Sleeve Plunge Bodycon Mini Dress (Morgan)

My Thoughts: so overall not bad but I will confirm that there was a lot of static in this dress. It did really cling onto me and I certainly felt it when I was taking it off after the review. I do love that they have that adjustable strap to them, but the other shoulder does not sit well – it kept on falling off and felt so loose. Apart from that, I liked the fit, I liked the shaping and I loved the colour!

My Thoughts: as gorgeous as this may look, I was so disappointed in this piece. It was so hard to get it on, there is hardly any stretch to it and that back strap closure part still bugs me! It would be stunning if they just fixed some of these details – and this would be perfect but as it is, I cna’t give it a higher rating.
