Zohara ‘Lili Rose’ Print Tights

And another pair of Zohara make their way onto the blog. This time I have 120 deniers on with a half backseam print against some real solid colour.

This pair I have been eyeing up for a while now; I think it was ever since last year, and I finally managed to get them in my size to review!

The Packaging: the front always has a window to show you the pair inside and the back will have the model wearing them along with the composition and hosiery care guide.

When you get in, they will be wrapped in plastic and normally, they never have card inserted inside them.

Getting Them On: I did my usual scrunch and roll up the legs, and they made sure I lined up correctly so they are sitting as straight as they can at the back of the legs. The line up starts from the ankles so it makes it easier rather than under the foot.

On The Legs: well I was super pleased with how thick this denier is, especially when it gives you a lovely solid block colour with no sign of sheerness anywhere – I only say this for the front on the legs, as I found it did have some sheerness at the back of the legs where the printed design sits. I know it’s super weird as you would expect it all over the legs, but not this time. I found that the front was pure solid black, but the back didn’t match up.

The quality of these tights are great in terms of what you get; these don’t snag easily, they feel amazing on the legs and they are a great high denier pair to have. I also found these have a nice bit of stretch to them as well, which helps when you want a proper leg hugging pair.

The design is super classy and really eye-catching, but you may notice a difference on each leg. One is a perfect foil print, and the other is slightly faded in colour (it has a rusty look) and doesn’t match up well. From far, you won’t really see a difference, but the closer you look, that’s where you can tell!

The fit of these are true to size, and it’s great that they incorporate 2 sizes into one so it makes it easier for those who are in-between sizing to get a pair to fit them. That’s where the stretch in each pair really does help!

The feel of them are super soft and really nice to touch as well; they have a lovely smooth coating to them without it feeling grainy anywhere. I feel these are a great pair!

The Toes & Ankle: I found these to be quite boxy around the toes again, but not as much as my previous review though. These were slightly more fitted around the toes and ankles, and I still had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to move.

I did feel these were better than my previous pair, purely because they had more elastic to them and hugged a little better.

The Waistband: this band sat around the belly button on me, which I am super glad about as my last pair sat higher than expected. These don’t roll down on themselves but they do crinkle up a little (see the last image) so just watch out for that if you’re gonna be in them all day like I was.

Otherwise, I felt the band on these were much better and were super comfortable to wear all day long.

My Thoughts?

Minus the foil print looking a little off on one leg, I really do like these. I feel these are a fab pair to wear in Autumn/Winter with that high denier keeping those legs warm, with that subtle classy design at the back. I do love Zohara for their quirky designs, and this is a pair which can work with a lot of outfits if you’re into thicker denier hosiery.
