Order Details 📦
Once your order is authorised, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your order is being processed. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive email confirmation and tracking details.
Orders are sent within 3 working days from when placed, unless Soni Panda x states any delays / further information on social media. Any orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
If your item is on backorder / pre-order, your order will be sent out when the item is in stock. This can vary between 2-6 weeks, as there are delays at the borders. Soni Panda x will notify you of any updates.

- UK Signed For: 3-4 working days
- Hand Delivery: within 2 working days
- International Signed For: upto 10 working days (depending on the country)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed by Soni Panda x in the event of forces of nature or other uncontrollable events.
Please not Soni Panda x is not responsible for any items that are delayed, missing, stolen or damaged in transit. The courier is deemed responsible, and they will need to be contacted in this case. Please make sure that you have your tracking number at hand, as this will be required to locate your order.
Royal Mail will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for 30 days for UK deliveries and 60 days for International deliveries (although it is highly unlikely that deliveries will ever take this amount of time).
Tracking Your Order 🔎
Soni Panda x will provide a tracking number to you. If you have paid via PayPal, it will be added onto tracking information. If you have paid using any other method, it will be sent to you via your order form. You can also message to request.
The tracking number is provided to you, so you can keep track of where your item is and to make any necessary arrangements.
I Missed My Parcel 😔
If you miss a parcel, you should receive a calling card from the courier. It is your responsibility to make arrangements for it to be collected/delivered. After several days (which is determined by each sorting office branch individually) it shall be returned to us. Should your parcel be returned to us and they state that you did not collect the package from the sorting office, you can contact us to have it reshipped.
You are responsible for paying for postage costs to re-send your item. We do not offer refunds if it is returned back and you no longer require it.
