Returns & Refund Policy

As a new start up business, Soni Panda x does not accept returns, as hosiery is considered an intimate item (and it would be unhygienic).

All sales are final. Please ensure you take your time to select the correct size and style before checking out. You are more than welcome to contact Soni Panda x through social media if you need any help or reassurance before placing your order.



Unless Soni Panda x has sent you a wrong size by accident, (you will know from the sizing sticker at the back of the item) we would be more than happy to exchange your item.

The item needs to be unopened and not worn/tried on in exchange for a new item. Please note due to the nature of hosiery, Soni Panda x cannot accept items that have been worn/tried on for a refund. If any damage (snags, rips, ladders) are found, a new replacement cannot be issued.

The buyer is responsible for paying the right shipping costs and responsible for the item until it has been received by Soni Panda x. It is advised you obtain proof of posting. This cost is not reimbursed.



Soni Panda x does not accept refunds once your items have been shipped with your tracking number. You become responsible for your item this point forward. The tracking number is provided to you via your payment method, so you can keep track of where your item is and to make any necessary arrangements. Soni Panda x cannot refund an order if it is deemed missing during transit.

This also goes for if your item has not been claimed and is sent back to Soni Panda x.

You are responsible for paying for postage costs to re-send your item. We do not offer refunds if it is returned back and you no longer require it.

You are also responsible for any local custom charges and taxes. We do not cover this charge.
