Gosh it has been a MINUTE since I have done a blog. I apologise as I haven’t had the time to commit to doing them this year, but I am back and hopefully bringing you blogs twice a week again.

Life has been life-ing, the business as been keeping me busy and I have been travelling a lot (as most of you know), so trying to get me to do reviews has been a mission!

Now I owe The Tight Spot here, as they sent me these a good while back and have been waiting patiently for me to drop this, so I am starting my blogging series with this pair – I am super excited about this colour!

My Outfit

Keeping it cool and conservative with today’s look! I went with my forest green top, paired with my favourite floral skirt and finishing off with my white block heeled shoes. I wanted simple and minimal – just so everything blends.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: okay I gotta say I am pleased already. I wasn’t too sure on the colour, but once I rolled them on – I am smiling!

I did my scrunch and roll with hosiery gloves, making sure I don’t snag these whilst getting them on. I just glided them right up the legs, and set in place when I was happy.

On The Legs: wow oh wow. Now I don’t do green much, but these are a beauty. For 20 denier, they also pack a nice shine to them too! I love how gorgeous they look on!

The quality is great, I have no complaints here about them! They have been pristine all day (I suppose the log skirts helps here!) and that shine has been catching people’s attention too!

The fit of these are great; I prefer to go Medium in Wolford if I want it to look slightly more opaque on the legs. Small does fit really well, but it does go super sheer as it’s being stretched much more than a Medium would on me. I love that deep colour, which works so well. If you are in-between sizes, I would advise going up one; it won’t make too much of a difference.

The feel of them are super smooth as you would expect from a Wolford pair. I had no issues with it irritating the skin in any way. They have been a dream to wear today.

I will say these have a great shine to them, but my camera was just not catching it today as it was pretty bright anyways. It’s more of a lustre finish, which is just amazing! If you have tried the Satin Touch 20 before, you know what I mean. If you haven’t, give it a go.

The Toes & Ankle: these come with reinforced toes, which are pretty much invisible until you look up close. This makes them perfect to wear with anything open toe if you choose to.

I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear either. As you can see below, I had plenty of stretch around the toes.

Around the feet and ankles, I had a smooth, fitted finish with no wrinkling.

The Waistband & Gusset: now this is a good band. They sit up so well, and stay flat all day which is what I want! They sit just above the belly button, which is perfect for me to be honest.

I had a good amount of stretch so it sits well on the waist, and it doesn’t shimmy or roll down during the day.

These do have a cotton gusset, which isn’t the same colour as the tights so it does show a little. It’s a shame that the gusset isn’t a clean finish, but never mind (see the packaging video)

My Thoughts?

I am in love with this colour, and I am so glad I got to try them out! They are a wonderful colour, and something that I would definitely wear all year round!
