And we are going 1 denier lower than the Wolford Luxe 9 Tights. I got these as a duo pack, which means if I mess up with one, I have another pair to fall back on! – Not like I am planning to do so…

This pair would be perfect for warmer weather; I know that for sure. However this time I am pairing up with a midi ribbed dress and an oversized coat to deal with this UK weather.

My Outfit

New dress coming through! I haven’t worn a dress like this for many years, especially not in this colour. So my go to was a pair of nude tights and tan shoes! I paired with an oversized coat to keep me a little warm.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: I took my time with the Luxe 9, and you best believe I am being extra cautious with this pair. They feel SUPER thin and I am taking my time to make sure that my nicks or snags appear whilst I set them in place.

These are fine going over soft, smooth anklets, but please do take care if you’re anklets are ones that can catch easily.

On The Legs: so caramel is doing my legs wonders. I do love this shade, as it adds a lovely colour to the legs without it being visible to the eye. I mean could you tell that I am wearing slightly tan tights? This is perfect if you want to add a natural tan shade on the legs without it looking too odd.

The quality of the pair is pretty good, however this is a pair that I would advise strongly you need to take care when you’re in them and out of them too. They are so delicate and need to be handled with care. Luckily, I didn’t cause any damage to these whilst I was in them, and I suppose it helped wearing a longer dress too.

The fit of these were a better fit compared to the Luxe 9. As these were a size Small, I had a little more elasticity in them to get a better fit all round. I felt like I had better leg coverage and a flush finish without areas feeling tugged more than most.

The feel of these were super smooth, and really lovely on the legs. They have a silky feel to them, which makes it easier to wear bodycon clothing; it just swishes past without it rubbing. These also don’t cause any irritation either, which is great if you wear them as long as I do.

One thing I had to try and capture if that these have a little shine to them, adding a little leg sparkle for the sake of it.

The Toes & Ankle: no reinforcement on these babies, which is normally the case but it would have been nice. So make sure you keep those nails pristine bfore slipping into these – you don’t want to end up ruining them.

I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes, and there was no pressure added during my wear either.

Around the feet and ankles, these were fine. I didn’t experience any wrinkling around the ankles at any point.

The Waistband & Gusset: as you can see below, the waistband comes with a reinforced section underneath. It is a slightly darker denier but blends in well I have to say. The waistband itself is sturdy, and I had no problems with it at all during the day. It sits around the waist well, with plenty of stretch to it so it doesn’t squeeze your waist or feel too loose.

These come with a gusset in the centre, which sits flush against the skin.

My Thoughts?

I gotta say I prefer these over the Luxe 9. They felt a lot better, the fit a lot nicer and I love the way they look too. I would happily recommend, especially as you get 2 pack pair!
