Instead of Fishnet Friyay, I am bringing a new colour to the blog! Now this is a pair that I am so psyched to try out! I have tried so many of the Neon 40 collection, but this colour is something else – one that I have not seen before.
This was kindly gifted by a great follower of mine, so I am hoping this review (1st of many great colours) will do them proud!

Materials: 85% nylon, 15% elastane

I know it isn’t summer, so why am I dressing like this? Because I am daydreaming about it, and all the great outfits I have lined up for those warmer days. I paired a simple white cami top, with my statement shorts and added some white ankle strap court shoes to finish the look I added a long cardigan on top before I went to work.
Cami Top: New Look
Skirt: River Island
Heels: Dream Pairs
From The Website: Endlessly elegant: Semi-sheer tights with an extraordinarily luxurious sheen for a particularly brilliant look. The soft waistband with Wolford logo and almost invisible toe reinforcement ensure all-round comfort.

A confident basic item with fashion appeal.
Getting Them On: as usual, the gloves are on and ready to get rolling the hosiery up my legs. I did the scrunch and roll and slowly got the on before I rolled them up from ankles to thigh. I set them in place once I was happy enough.
On The Legs: now this colour is something special. I have not seen this before, but I am loving it. I did find it hard to pair an outfit with it to begin with, but s soon as I got them on, I did not want to take them off. I love that bluey-purple tinge they have, which I think looks amazing. The added shine that they have is just a huge bonus in my eyes.
The quality was spot on with this pair I must say. I love how great they have been today, and the fact I managed to be in them all day with no damage is just fantastic! I do like the Neons for this reason, ad they have always lasted with me.
The fit was great. I thought I would need a small at first, but XS proved me wrong. If I went with a size small, it would have had a deeper colour and not be so stretched on the legs. With the XS I had that semi-opaque look, which I really liked. I didn’t want anything too thick-looking with this outfit. I also like that there is no gapping around the knees or ankles.
The feel is brilliantly smooth, and so soft against the skin. I love wearing this style because they never irritate the skin for me, and they always look fabulous. If you haven’t tried the Neon 40 yet, you need to just to touch them!
As I have reviewed these so many times over the years, I feel these are just the same as what I have reviewed before in terms of quality.
The Toes & Ankle: so I was happy to know these come with reinforced toes, which is amazing. I kept my nails slightly short anyways because I didn’t want any excuse for me damaging these intentionally. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added either.
Around the feet and ankles, I had a lovely smooth finish with no wrinkling.
The Waistband & Gusset: and this is where it gets even better. You have not only the great waistband that hugs the waist, but a really nice reinforcement piece sitting underneath it.
The waistband is super stretchy, and holds up really well without squeezing you. I felt really comfortable in these. The reinforcement is just an added bonus for me, especially when pulling your hosiery up and down during the day.
These come with a cotton gusset, that sits flush against the skin too.
I have never tried a colour like this before, and I am so glad I did. I fell in love as soon as I saw them on, and I will certainly be finding outfits to try them with over the next few months. I loved the quality, I love the feel and I certainly loved the overall look and shine.
