I am doing a lot of Wolfords at the moment, I’ve just realised. However, when they look this funky, it’s hard not to want to get them out to turn heads at work. This pair was gifted from my Amazon Wishlist, and all details are below.

Getting Them On: I did have to take my time with the scrunch and roll, as I wanted to make sure the side seam was as symmetrical as possible on either side.
These were a doddle to get on the legs this morning, and they were a straight glide up before I set them in place to start my day.

On The Legs: one thing I like about these is that the denier isn’t too thick or dark. Yes it would look great against a nude side seam, but I like the fact they are semi-opaque with that seam because it can then work for most of the year rather than colder months. Plus it also means limited wrinkling around the ankles too.
The quality of these aren’t as great as what I thought they might be. I did find some marking around the top of the tights, which I thought was caused by me at first, but them looked closely and saw that it was part of the tights instead. I was a little disappointed at that, as normally Wolford at so spot on with their quality control – clearly these must have been missed.
The fit of these were true to size, and I had enough stretch in them to give me that great semi-opaque look. If I wanted it to be slightly darker, I would have gone one size up. I like that there is no gappoing around the knees or ankles either – which is always a bonus.
The feel of them are so soft and so smooth – I could touch them all day long. They have been so lovely to wear, and I love the fact that they don’t tug against my dress either.

The Toes & Ankle: the toes are not reinforced I believe, but with these being a slightly thicker denier, they will have somewhat a reinforcement to them. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear either.
Around the feet and ankles, there was no wrinkling whatsoever.

The Waistband & Gusset: what I do like about these is that the side seam comes all the way to the top, sitting just under the waistband.
The waistband itself is super comfy, plenty of elasticity to it, and they sit so well on the waist too. I had no issues with this waistband at all.

My Thoughts?
A lovely pair, but it is a shame about the markings on the tights. I do really like the design of them, and the fit was just spot on. Overall I would recommend for sure, but just check your pair!
