And we are back in the brand Well after a some time! I got these from Elegant Up and I’m pretty psyched to review these ones!

Now I have a little surprise with this pair; I decided to double layer my hosiery with Charnos 24/7 Gloss Tights underneath them. It was a really cold day and I wanted to try layering sheers together (something I have considered but never done before!) so you will find in some images that swirly patterns dotted around the tights; this is due to the sheers popping up from underneath!

My Outfit

Why do I keep going for black and red? I’ve noticed I’m doing that a fair bit more, rather than red and white or red and other damn colours!

Anyways so I kept it simple and did a black long sleeve top paired with my red ribbed bodycon skirt and did my red booties to match. I kept all jewellery simple and to a minimum as I was running late to work and didn’t have time to pick something out in the morning!

I kept my hair up and in a frizzy pony (greaseball day!)

The Review

The Packaging: so these can open packed from Elegant Up, however the great thing about it was that it was wrapped up in tissue paper to protect the diamante design at the front. The front of the packaging showed the model wearing the tights along with the brand name and the model of the tights, along with the design so you can feel it. The back was really basic and didn’t go into too much detail about the hosiery.

Once you get in, you will find these flat packed ready to get on.

 

 

 

Getting Them On: seeing as I already had my base pair on to begin with, I literally could pull these on on top of them instead of having to scrunch and roll. I thought why not seeing as I never get to do it with my anklets and this time I had the chance to! I was a little rough with them as well to test their durability out, and they did good!

If you was to get these on and these only, then I would always advise you to scrunch and roll up the legs just to make sure that they don’t end up snagging or ripping whilst you get them on. However, with the design being at the ankle, I would take extra care to make sure it doesn’t catch the hosiery at any stage!

 

 

 

On The Legs: oh wow! I am loving this denier. It is darker due to the double layer (of course) but they still look fabulous! On the legs they look so smooth and silky to touch, and the denier is just great to make those legs look fab too!

If I was to do these on their own, it would shade a little lighter but I’m glad I chose to go darker due to the design!

Now the design is something simple but quite effective when you wear the right shoes. Mine sat on top of my booties which worked perfectly for me. It’s a gorgeous upside triangle shape, but dressed for a night out with court shoes, these would look simply stunning!

I kept picking at these all day at work and I can safely say that they won’t be coming off any time soon! These would also look fab in gold where it would look richer and more luxurious!

The Toes & Ankles: around this area there was plenty of wiggle room and I knew for sure that my toes were reinforced! I don’t think these have extra reinforcement on them, but they’re still good as! There isn’t any extra material peering at the sides either!

Around the ankles, there are no crinkles or wrinkles; just a nice smooth finish really!

 

 

 

The Waistband: now the waistband is a damn good one I have to say. It stayed up so well, even being against another pair of hosiery and there was no sign of them rolling down either. The band is comfortable and quite snug around the waist; but not too snug that it starts to dig into you.

 

 

 

 

My Thoughts?

These are great; a piece to recommend for those who like simple statements on the legs rather than bold prints.

I love the denier and the look. I love the way they feel and the fact that they’re good quality too!
