Unbranded Paint Splatter Tights

I do love me a crazy pair of hosiery, and when I got these gifted for my birthday I was super excited to check them out. I can’t say I have ever come across a pair like this before, and as you all know I am super excited to see what they’re like.

Now I wanted to show you how you could dress them for the office, or smart casually as I know these would work so well dressed casually with plenty of colours!

My Outfit

I went super simple and pretty chic with my look; I paired up my t-shirt dress along with my open toe shoe boots to give it a little edge. You can always switch to court shoes or pumps; whatever works for you. I just haven’t worn these heels for a while, so decided to rock them!

The Review

The Packaging

Getting Them On: I did my usual scrunch and roll to get these on, and then slowly rolled them up the legs. I took time going over my anklets as they are a thicker denier and I didn’t want them pulling my anklets higher up the calves. They were super easy to roll on and set in place.

On The Legs: I have to say this design is something else – I am in love with this pair! It’s so different, it looks super fresh and I love the uniqueness it has to it. It has the splatter effect from the reinforced toe to the upper thigh, so you get a nice amount of coverage. The paint splatter is one that is smoothly put onto the tights and you don’t feel any irritation on the legs.

The quality of this pair is pretty nice; I expected cheap and cheerful, but this pair surprised me. They don’t snag or rip easily and they sit really smooth on the legs. I expected some wrinkling but I didn’t end up with any! They hug the legs really well here.

The fit of these are great for my leg length and width; I had enough stretch for me to sit these perfectly without it moving during the day. Unfortunately there is no sizing guide here, but I will say I don’t feel this pair will fit all sizes as well as it did me.

The feel of these great; they are smooth underneath so the legs aren’t irritated and they do have a soft touch to them. As I mentioned before, these nicely surprised me. I didn’t expect a great pair!

I also like how these are super opaque, and you have a little sheerness going on. I mean I would love it if they were darker deniers too, but I like that semi-sheerness to it amongst the paint splatter.

The Toes & Ankle: have a reinforced toe to them, and I like that they do. They have great toe coverage, with no pressure added during my wear and my toes had plenty of wiggle room too.

Around the feet and ankles, I found they fit really well with no wrinkling. I did expect it due to the thick denier, but didn’t have any at all (plus it would have been covered anyways)

The Waistband & Gusset: now it just gets better for me really. Not only do I have a great waistband on these, I also have a reinforced boxer brief which start at the top of the thighs. You also have this ribbed band; I have no idea why it’s there but no harm done.

The waistband itself is really nice on the waist; it sits well and doesn’t roll or shimmy down during the day either. I also like I have normal seams to work with (I’m not a fan of double seams on the tushy) with a cotton gusset that sits flush against the skin at all times.

My Thoughts?

This pair blew my mind without it even trying. I was having low expectations to be honest, but they really were incredible. I loved the fit, I loved the way it felt on the skin and I love the uniqueness! I would happily recommend this pair if I had the link to share with you all!
