I am quite looking forward to this pair, considering the Charnos one let me down the other day. I decided to go a little modern with today’s stockings, as I have been toying with this skirt for ages – and finally decided to style it!
Tudorose Stockings are a lovely reflection of the delicate, feminine hosiery that defined everyday glamour in the mid-20th century. Known for their beautifully sheer finish, 15 denier stockings like these offered just the right balance of subtle coverage and elegant polish. Tudorose was admired for producing reliable, well-made nylons that felt soft on the leg while maintaining that classic vintage sheen. Slipping into a pair today captures the effortless sophistication of the era – simple, graceful, and timelessly stylish.

The Review
The Packaging
Getting Them On: my gloves on and we are scrunching. I took my time to do my scrunch and roll, before sliding them up the thighs and setting them in place. These were a breeze to get on this morning.
I used a 8 clasp suspender belt with these today.

On The Legs: I didn’t know what to expect with this colour. But I will say that it has a little more of a brown tinge than it does grey. It is a weird one as sometimes in the light it does go a little grey, but honestly I am not hating it.
The quality of these are ok; they’re not great but they’re not horrendous either. They do snag a little easy, but I managed to keep them from doing so a few times until I got home.
The fit was pretty much spot on. I had stretch in them, which gave me even leg coverage. I even had a little elasticity in them, so when it was stretched, it wasn’t just staying put in that shape; there was a little bounce back.
The feel of them are rough, but not enough that it causes irritation. They were bearable to be in all day.

The Toes & Ankle: there is reinforcement around the toes. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear either.
Around the feet and ankles, I had a smooth finish, with no wrinkling.

The Bands: these come with cotton-like welts to them with a reinforcement strip underneath, which sit well on the thighs. They opened up and didn’t squeeze my thighs. These were easily to clasp onto, and they held in place for the whole day with no issues.

My Thoughts?
I have to say these weren’t as bad as I thought they might be when I took them out the packaging. I tried to keep expectations low (which worked!), and not be too harsh when reviewing!
