Trasparenze Nausicaa Tights

Yes we are going glam, and sparkly and so out there with today’s outfit. This is one of my favourites to date, because I love how a pair of tights can totally transform a look!

This pair was gifted for my birthday last year (yes they have been patiently waiting for me) – and I managed to find a supplier that stills sells them!

My Outfit

I kept it as simple as possible at the top, wearing a shoulder padded satin playsuit. At the bottom, I wanted this to be my statement piece; I paired up my bling tights with my diamante court shoes.

The Review

From The Website: Trasparenze can easily transform any outfit with their stunning hosiery. These however are the most luxurious tights we’ve seen for a long long time. We’ve stocked similar in the past, but these are absolutely the best we’ve seen. They deliberately grouped the crystals around the knee, then filter them up & down the leg. On top of this the quality is superb. Really, if this doesn’t add the wow factor, nothing will.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: I have never taken so much care when getting a pair of tights on. I was being super slow and so gentle with these. I got my hosiery gloves out and started my scrunch and roll up the legs, taking care around my anklets.

These were fine going up the legs, as long as you go slow and take care when setting them in place.

On The Legs: I have to say I absolutely love how these look! I love that it gathers around the knees and just disperses onto the thigh and the calves. Another reason to love them is that they wrap around the legs; you don’t get this with any manufacturers. The diamantes are stuck on really well to the tights; I did try pinching a few of them off to see if they can easily come apart; luckily they don’t.

The quality is amazing as always; one of the reasons why I keep going back to Trasparenze! They have been so great to me all day, although I did end up with a few snags not too long ago because I was super careless with my bag! Apart from that, they have been great.

The fit was perfect; and I had enough stretch in these to give me even leg coverage with no dark spots. I didn’t have to tug them up as much as I thought I might need to when I first saw them. I would certainly advise going a size up on this pair if you’re in-between as the diamantes might be an issue.

The feel is super soft on the legs, and really nice to wear. The glue at the back of the diamantes doesn’t irritate the skin in any way and it doesn’t scratch either. They have done this so well!

The Toes & Ankle: these come with reinforced toes, that is a slightly darker shade that the rest of the tights. I don’t mind this to be honest, however I would have preferred it to be invisibly reinforced so it flows.

Aroud the toes, I had plenty of wiggle room, with no pressure added.

Around the feet and ankles, I had a lovely smooth finish with no wrinkling.

As you can see below, the design starts from the ankle and works its way up to the thighs.

The Waistband & Gusset: another great waistband to review! I love that they have their brand stitched into the waistband to give it that luxe feel.

As you can see below, the waistband sits perfectly on the waist, with reinforcement underneath. There are no issues with it falling down, or rolling over itself either which helps.

These also have a cotton gusset to them, that sits flush against the skin.

My Thoughts?

A simple YES from me. These are such a gorgeous pair to own, and one that I would happily wear again!
