Trasparenze Curry Tights

I haven’t been doing Fishnet Friyay for so long – and I am bringing it back with this blog today! I loved this pair ever since I laid eyes on it when it was released on the Trasparenze social media, and I finally got a pair to review. I love a bold fishnet pair, and this is bringing some looks.

My Outfit

I paired a grungy-edgy look today with these tights. I added a shoulder padded t-shirt with my suspender skirt. To keep it casual I added my glitter boots, as heels would look a little too provocative.

The Review

From The Website: Curry is one of the perfect examples of what contrast means in fashion. These tights are mostly a fishnet, which is strong, dynamic, angular, and bold. Then comes the parts of the design that is lacy and floral. This is much more fluid, flourishing, and full of femininity. The two together make for a contrasting look that is devastatingly head turning, far more so either of the designs on their own. And yet each of their constituent fabric is really flexible, so they are also versatile and easy to pair too.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: instantly I liked them as soon as I did my scrunch and roll. These are so soft and really stretchy I had no issues getting these on. I rolled them up with ease, and didn’t have to tug them much. These were fine going over anklets as well.

On The Legs: now this is striking! I absolutely love this design, and how bold it is. The fishnet is quite thick, which also makes this print really stand out. I like that these have a small floral knit around the ankle and then a gorgeous thigh piece at the back and front.

The quality of these is just flawless! These are just a beautiful pair that I can see lasting a long time – they seem so durable and a pair that will be part of my wardrobe for a long time. These are quite hard to rip with general use, but I am sure if you tugged hard enough they would.

The fit of these are true to size, with added stretch as well so you get even leg coverage. I had plenty of material so the fishnet didn’t distort on the legs, and there was no gapping either.

The feel of them are not as bad as you may think. These are a smooth, soft fishnet that doesn’t irritate the skin and are so nice to wear.

The Toes & Ankle: these come with reinforced toe caps, which are super small as you can see below. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear either. I did find the fishnets digging into my feet slightly, but once I started walking in them, they settled down and it wasn’t at all bad.

Around the feet and ankles, it’s a smooth finish with no wrinkling.

The Waistband & Gusset: I couldn’t ask for a better waistband to be honest. It’s slim, it holds up so well and it has plenty of stretch in it to hug the waist well. I loved how comfortable it is to wear. I also like that the design works right up to the waistband, so you can wear anything sort and know that the design won’t end. It’s a great band, and I loved it!

What you can see partially in the image below is a panty-like design. It has a v-shape at the front and back to resemble a panty being worn. Obviously I can’t show the whole thing, but you will be ale to see this on the hosiery model online.

My Thoughts?

A pair that I absolutely love. It took me back to when I used to wear similar styles when I first started wearing hosiery – I love it!
