Sabrina 110D Warm Tights

I am hoping you have all seen my review on the Sabrina Natural Tights as this will be the lead on from that review.

Sabrina Natural Tights (also features YouTube Review)

I got these sent by the company (super kind of them to do so) and I wanted to do a proper blog this time on the thicker denier pair.

I cosied up today in my oversized jumper and mules. I was going to wear court shoes, but then opted for mules instead to work with the thicker tights. I added some gold small hoops to finish off the look 🙂

The Packaging: I had shown it in the previous review but didn’t really talk much about it. These come in a thin slimline packet, with the model wearing them on the front and more information in another language at the back. There isn’t much English written on these tights, but I know what I’m working with here with the help of the information taken off the website.

When you get inside, you will find these flat folded and wrapped around plain card. These do have subtle foot and leg shaping to them as well so they;ll be super easy to get on.

Getting Them On: now I was told by the company that M-L would be better for me rather than small, as I think the sizing does run slightly small in their brand. But to me, it just means I get loads of extra stretch to them and a proper fitted finish on the legs without sheerness coming through. This will depend on your size of course, but for me it worked out well.

I did my usual scrunch and roll up the legs, but I didn’t need to tug this time. I had so much elasticity in these that I could just pull up.

The image below shows you how much stretch I had to play with!

On The Legs: I mentioned previously about the elasticity so I won’t delve into much detail in this section. Let me start off with the quality of these; I am super impressed with them. I love how stretchy and thick they are to the point it would be hard to destroy these… and believe me I have tried.

The fit of them are amazing on the legs; I would even recommend this size to those who are slimmer. It’s a pair that will work no matter what shape or size you are.

The feel of them are so soft and really smooth on the legs; both inside and out. They have a lovely cashmere touch to them (kinda similar to microfibre) and I adore that about them. This is perfect for those cooler days or those who wish to completely cover up their legs.

Th thickness is what truly gets me excited; there is not one sheer part to them unless you stretch them out. They are really dense and they look amazing without looking too chunky on the legs. That was something I was worrying about before I got them on, but soon realised they still give you a lovely silhouette look.

The Toes & Ankle: all I can say is that they are lovely and thick around the toes, but not too thick that you’ll struggle to get your footwear on. They are still quite slim on the legs and feet, so you should be good to carry on with whatever you wish to wear.

Around the toes, it’s roomy and my toes can wiggle about with no issues. There is no extra material around this part which is great!

Around the feet and ankles, it’s a lovely fitted finish and no wrinkles either.

The Waistband & Gusset: oh this is so comfortable it’s unreal. These sit around the belly button on me (maybe just slightly higher) and let me tell you that you hardly feel them on during the day. They are so snug and they move with you, rather than you feeling restricted in them.

There is ribbing on the front and back from the band to the top thigh – I suppose this acts like reinforcement I think. Either way I didn’t mind as it would be covered anyways.

The band itself is pretty thick as you can see, and holds up so well during the day. There is certainly elasticity in these!

My Thoughts?

I am loving this brand and I can see why a lot of people recommended them to me to try out. I loved being in them and the way they fit. I was surprised to see them so dark on the legs too, with no signs of it being sheer at all – and that is something I really love about them. The bonus is that these are ladder resistant so you can carry on with your day without worrying about your hosiery!
