Romartex Karina Bikini Brief Tights

So I am once again revisiting the Romartex brand after some time. I have done the Karina style before, but this time I thought let’s do a real nice tan-coloured pair seeing as summer is here (well it’s debatable in the UK)!

Once again these were gifted from a follower (many many thanks) for me to review… and here we are!

If you haven’t seen my previous reviews on the brand, then hit the links below (they open in a new tab):

My Outfit

I went all casual with a white tank top tucked into black ripped shorts. I added my thin bomber jacket, knee high socks and converses to finish off the look.

Jewellery was kept to a minimum and I decided to curly my hair as I was bored!

The Review

The Packaging: is pretty basic and straight to the point to be honest. The front has a model posing in a pair along with the brand name and make of the hosiery, It also states the denier (which is always great if you forget). The back has a lot in polish and other languages; sizing, materials.

Getting in, you lift the thin paper-like card to get to the tights. These are folded flat around card.

One thing I do like is that these have the brand name faintly on the tights then working into a lace bikini brief design. It’s a cute touch.

Now let me mention the waistband here purely because I didn’t get images after I wore them for a day. So as you can see from the images above that this has a soft elasticated band which then works into a panty. I love how the design is on the back as well as the front.

During the day, these were super comfortable and didn’t bother me at all. They were so soft and comfy to be in, and no markings were left on me either which is always nice!

There is plenty of elasticity in these as well no matter how much you stretch them out 🙂

Getting Them On: so hosiery gloves at the ready and let us scrunch and roll! I always do to make sure that I can get an even finish on the legs and not pull up too much or leave material hanging near the ankles.

These are super easy to get on to be honest, and because they are so cheap you can always get another pair easily if they do snag or rip.

On The Legs: these look the sh*t! For what you pay, these are so worth it. I have done a review in the red which I thought was great (in quality) and I feel the exact same about these too!

The denier is perfect to give you a nice finish on the legs; looking slightly bare but not fully.

The fit and feel is to die for; they feel so good on the legs and really do fit well. I didn’t find any gapping around the legs and they hugged every curve so nicely!

The shine on this is just incredible; this is the cheaper alternative to the Cecilia De Rafael Eterno Super Lucido Shiny Tights to be honest. You get a lovely smooth oily shine on the legs when the sun shines on them and I am loving it!

As you can see in one of the images below is the colour difference on the legs; it adds a deeper tan colour which I think is a nice cheeky cheat way of getting those legs flaunted in summer if you don’t have the chance to go on holiday (or catch some sun!)

I covered most of my legs (yes I know) as I was wearing shorts so didn’t wanna look too leggy.

The Toes & Ankle: I gotta say plenty of toe room in these with hardly any pressure put on the toes during the day. They are so comfortable on the feet which is always great when you’re a person on the move. I found these to be great with longer nails as well, as they didn’t snag or rip (I thought they would have as well).

Around the ankles, these stay flush against the skin. There is no sign of wrinkles or the hosiery falling down (unless they are too big for you!)

My Thoughts?

For what you pay, you get some decent quality tights! I love these and how they are the alternative to the CdR Eterno Super Lucido Tights which retail higher than these. These make the legs look and feel great, and that shine is to die for.
