I have got some amazing lace on the legs today, and to give it a twist I decided to pair it up with something a little casual. This pair was kindly gifted from my Amazon Wishlist for my birthday, and I finally have the chance to get them reviewed whilst the weather is still on my side!

My Outfit
I went super casual with my outfit today, showing that you can pair floral holdups with an oversized hoodie. You can either add some sporty-looking boots or some trainers depending on the look you’re going for.

Getting Them On: as these are a duo size, these have plenty of stretch in them for me to sit them wherever I like on the thighs. I decided to sit the a little lower today – roughly where the hoodie ends to give it that edgy vibe. They were completely fine to wear over anklets as well.

On The Legs: I have missed netted lace on the legs. I used to wear to wear them a fair amount years ago and my style changed. But it is nice to get them back and style them in a different way than I normally would. I know this isn’t lady like, and frankly I don’t care. I wanted to show you that an oversized hoodie, holdups and footwear can work hand in hand when styled right.
The quality of these were not bad; I felt they were a pair you could get from China for cheap, but the selling point here is that these were a smoother net These don’t snag or rip easily unless you catch them and pull them with force. As it’s a smooth net, it is hard for them to catch.
The fit of these were great; I had so much stretch in these that I could place them anywhere I liked on the thighs without worrying. They hugged the legs really well and there was no gapping around the knees or ankles.
The feel of them are super soft as I have mentioned before. They are a lovely net which don’t irritate the legs, however you can still layer up with these if it is an issue.

The Toes & Ankle: I will say the reinforcement could have been so much better. This is what gives it that cheap feel is seeing the reinforcement not tidied up well. I had to do some tucking to make it look pretty, but this is something that did bug me.
The reinforced toes are great; they cover the front and back before it works into the finer net. It also isn’t too thick that you can’t see your nail colour through it.
Around the feet and ankles, there wasn’t much wrinkling and the fit was pretty good.

The Bands: as you can see have this intricate lace design along with 2 silicone bands at the top. I thought the lace bands were a nice touch if you like it to be a full on statement pair, or maybe a satin band if you wanted it to be a little calmer.
The silicone bands aren’t bad to begin with, however I found the more I kept taking it off my legs and putting them back on – they started to loosen and didn’t sit flush against the skin.

My Thoughts?
I gotta say these are not a bad pair at all, and I would recommend them for short term use. I felt the silicone bands lacked their tackiness after a while. The statement floral design I really did like and I loved how much stretch these had to them!
