Oroblu Geo Up 8 Hold Ups
As much as I love doing an all black outfit, I really enjoy brighter, lighter colours too. I am trying new styles this year, and some of them include monochromes – keeping it all one colour from head to toe.
I decided to go boss mode with whites, and these pieces have all been gifted from my Amazon Wishlist.

The Packaging
Getting Them On: I just needed to show you all how thin, how delicate and how ultra sheer these are! I really had to take my time to get these on this morning, and as I was doing so I was in awe of the colour and make-up look it was adding to my legs. I won’t say too much here, but I was a happy bunny!
I would advise taking care going over anklets (if you wear any), as this is a super fine pair!
On The Legs: okay I have a fair bit to say on this pair today. Firstly let me tell you about the denier, and how gorgeous they are! I love that these are ultra sheer, with a subtle tan to them so it looks super natural on the legs. I am so happy with how barely there they look, and this is such a great pair for:
- Warmer months
- If you prefer wearing lighter deniers
- If you prefer a barely there look
- If you’re not a huge fan of hosiery, but need some coverage on the legs
I really fell in love as soon as I was rolling them up the legs this morning!
Another great point is these have a lovely shine to them as well. Just when you thought it couldn’t get better, I switched the flash on and BOOM! I saw this lovely shine to them. I don’t know how they make these so good, but I am so glad I have a pair!
The quality of these are superb. I do love Oroblu and their awesome styles. But this pair is simple it looks incredible and it gives me a lovely colour on the legs. I will say these can damage easily as they are SUPER THIN, so do make sure that you take care in them. This is why I opted for a loner skirt today to make sure that I don’t snag them!
The fit of these are true to size, and I had plenty of stretch in them. I will say I would need to go one size up to sit these higher on the thighs, as I couldn’t tug them any further up. But as I wouldn’t mind pairing these with longer skirts and dresses, I am happy to sit them mid-thigh for now. I would recommend checking the sizing guide to make sure that you get a pair that is right for you.
The feel of them are amazeballs! They are so soft, so silky smooth and my skirt glides against them. I really love the way they feel and how good they are against the skin. These also don’t irritate either, and these would look amazing layered up too!
The Toes & Ankle: now I really wish they came with reinforced toes, as this would have been the ultimate package all in one! However, they are sandal toes, which means please do be careful with long/sharp nails as they can cause some serious damage here.
I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe and as these are so light you can hardly feel them!
Around the feet and ankles, it is a smooth fitted finish.
The Bands: could the bands be any better?! As much as I like a floral band, I really like thick satin bands like this. It really makes them stand out and work so well under clothing. I know you can see mine peering through my skirt, but it doesn’t look as sultry as a lace band pushing through.
These bands have a lovely amount of stretch to them, to fit the thighs well and there is double silicone to help keep them up throughout the day. I didn’t have any issues with the silicone; it was tacky enough every time I pulled it away from the skin and they worked so well for me.
I also love how great they look, and how comfy they are.
My Thoughts?
Just get a pair!
