Nudes are back on the scene – and this time we are dressing them up! Well I say dressing up, but I really mean smart casual…

Now this brand I came across a good while ago at TKMaxx, however they are pretty difficult to get hold of so I will keep hunting to find links so you can purchase a pair!

This is a clothing brand, which stocks their own hosiery so not a widely known brand in terms of tights.

I wore my polka dot box t-shirt tucked into my sequin high waisted midi skirt and added my nude sandals shoes to finish off the look. I thought why not today!

The Review

The Packaging: is pretty simple, but enough to grab your attention though. The model wearing them takes up most of the front, along with the brand name and details.

When you flip over, there isn’t much to see apart from the sizing guide to be honest.

When you get in, these come flat folded and wrapped neatly around card.

 

On The Legs: getting them on was pretty simple; these are flat folded so you just need to scrunch down with the pressed seams at the side of your hands. It makes it easier if you do this way (if you didn’t know that already). I didn’t use my hosiery gloves today purely because I wanted to test them out normally.

When they’re on, all I can say is WOW! I love the way they give that gorgeous sun-kissed colour on the legs.

The denier being 20 is great for not only that lovely coverage, but it gives you a nice make-up finish on the legs, evening out the skin tone. The quality of these have been amazing; I managed to seriously snag these up due to the sequins on the skirt, but not once did these turn into runs or ladders on the legs. They stayed as snags around the knees and I was super impressed!

The fit of these are spot on; there was plenty of stretch to them to hug the legs well. No gapping found anywhere on the legs, which was great!

The feel of them were so nice; they were smooth, they were silky, they had that lovely coating on top which helps make that gloss pop on the legs. I wanted to show you what it looked like with natural lighting and with the flash on, so you can see the difference it makes!

These are definitely a pair of summer tights for sure!

The colour is just perfect; I didn’t know what to expect as some companies do tan in all sorts of shades, so I was praying that these were gonna be lighter darker than my legs so I could get the full tan effect – and I did!!!

 

The Toes & Ankle: so the toes have a reinforced piece going across them, which is slightly more pale and thicker in denier tan the rest of the tights. From far, you can’t really notice, but up close (like so) you can see that I am just getting away with it by wearing open toe sandals.

There was plenty of wiggle room in them, no pressure was added at all throughout the day and they were super comfy around the feet.

On the ankles, these had a lovely fitted smooth finish.

 

The Waistband: now this get interesting after such a glowing review, the waistband lets it down.

They were fine to begin with, but after sitting and standing a lot like I normally do, these decided to curl over and basically dig in slightly after doing so. It did make it slightly uncomfortable but luckily I was wearing such a heavy looking skirt that you couldn’t see anything underneath. If it was a bodycon, I would be screwed!

These also have a boxer brief part to them which start from top thigh all the way to the band; acting as a great reinforcement for this area.

Other than that, the band was pretty good to me throughout the day; it didn’t dig in until later during the day, it has plenty of elasticity and it fit so well on the waist!

 

 

My Thoughts?

Overall I think these are great and I am so glad I got to give them a go. If you manage to get hold of a pair, then do let me know what you think to them!

I loved the colouring, loved that glossy shine and how amazing they are when they snag and don’t end up creating ladders. That is what makes me want to say buy a pair as I was super impressed!
