The Packaging
Getting Them On: first thing is first – get those hosiery gloves on! I wore my gloves to do my scrunch and roll as this is a delicate pair to handle. I took my time to get them on, especially going over my anklets too. As soon as I got past these, it was a soft, smooth glide up the legs.
With the backseam, it didn’t take me long to do; I set it under my foot from my big toe and just slowly rolled it trying to keep it as straight as possible, so there is minimal tweaking to do once they are set.

On The Legs: so last time I tried this pair, it was back in October 2018 and I absolutely adored them. I am not too sure why they have called them Les Coquettes as this is a different style completely, where this actual pair is known as the Cut & Curl. But never mind – we won’t get hung up on that when we have a beautiful pair to review once again!
The quality has not let me down yet, and this pair proves that. They have been wonderful to be in today, and they really added that extra little something to the outfit. I didn’t have any issues with them snagging or being damaged in any way – I trusted my last pairs to hold me through, and these did the exact same.
The fit was spot on; I had enough stretch in this pair to sit them slightly higher without thinking I am tugging at them too much. I had plenty of material to work with, and achieved even coverage on the legs too.
The feel of them are so soft, so smooth and so lovely. You actually forget you’re wearing a pair to be honest, I love that they work so well with my skin tone too, that it blends in nicely.

The Toes & Ankle: these come with a blended reinforced strip across the toes, which works really well against my skin tone and also with the nylons too. The backseam works right from the reinforced toe all the way to the non-welt area. I didn’t like the fact the seam stuck out a little, which means it was super hard to wear open toe shoes with this dress, hence why I had to opt for court shoes instead.
The only downside to having a backseam like this – you can feel it under your foot quite a bit depending the footwear, and this is the issue I had last time I was wearing them. I found them to dig into my heel a little more during the day, but it did start to ease off when I did end up putting a good amount of pressure onto them.
Around the toes, I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to move and breathe, and no pressure was added either.
Around the ankles, these have a smooth and wrinkle-free finish to them.

The Bands: are basically non-existent, so you will need to be careful how you clasp on. I did mine where I gathered as much of the black trim as I could and tried to hook onto that rather than the actual nylon. Once in place, they stay up all day without an issues; you don’t have to worry about the clasp ripping into them, or the black trim is pulled away from the nylon.

My Thoughts?
I’m still in love with this brand! I loved everything abut this pair, and I am so glad I got to revisit them once again!
