Let’s start February off right with a pair of sheer tights and a great bodycon dress. I was wanting to wear something bold and statementy today, and it had to work for day to night wear. I decided to team up one of my new dresses with some black sheers and a great pair of heels that can be switched to from courts to sandals, or pumps!

Now I have tried the Pellucide Holdups in Natural before (I did a video review of them) a little while back, and really loved the way they looked on. Luckily, Lechery had sent me a pair of black Pellucide tights to try out and here we are.

My Outfit

I was feeling this look today, so I decided to show you how I would dress it for the evening. I would switch the court shoes or pumps for the day, and then add these sandals for the evening to create a semi-glam look.

Care Instructions: Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Do not use bleach, do not iron, do not dry clean, do not dry in drying machine. 

The Packaging

Getting Them On: can you tell I like this slidy thing?! I wanted to show you the difference between natural lighting and flash on so you could see the difference. I will go into a little more detail about it below.

Anyways, getting them on was super easy! I did my scrunch and roll, and took care going over my anklets so they didn’t snag or catch onto them. I gently rolled them up and set them in place. These were a great size as I didn’t need to tug them up or shimmy them down the legs.

On The Legs: I am loving how these look on the legs! Once again I added some flash to some images and I also did a video so you can see up close what they are like. I found that my natural leg shine was coming through and I had a small amount of shine from the tights added on top to create this overall greatness!

The quality has been great; they have lasted the day with one snag and no rips, so I am a pleased panda! They have a lovely amount of stretch on them to give a hugging fit to the legs and enough for great leg coverage without am obre effect.

The size was perfect; they are a duo size which means you get that extra bit of stretch to them. I would always recommend checking the sizing guide before purchasing to make sure you’re getting the right pair for you.

The feel of them were amazing; they were so soft, really smooth and amazingly silky to touch; they have your hands gliding down them from time to time! They don’t irritate the legs at all, and the great thing about sheer deniers is you can layer with them too, to create versatile looks that suit your style!

Now the sad thing about this pair – is that they ripped when I was taking them off for the day! I was absolutely gutted, and have no idea how it happened either! I was so careful (like I normally am) and my nail went straight through them! I was dead upset – so now I have a gorgeous pair of black sheer tights that I can no longer wear – unless I need a ripped pair to put on!

The Toes & Ankle: as you can see, these come with reinforced toe caps to them. They are still a lovely sheer denier, so you can still rock these with open toe shoes or sandals like I am instead of having a darker strip going across! I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes, and not once did I feel any pressure being put onto them during the day.

Around the feet and ankles, it’s a lovely smooth finish with no wrinkles!

The Waistband & Gusset: check out that waistband! We have a nice thick band, with an inch of reinforcement underneath! The band itself sits really well on the waist, and does not roll over itself or shimmy down during your wear. They stayed up superbly well.

The gusset is a palm-sized piece which sits flush against the skin.

My Thoughts?

I really do like this pair, but I am still baffled on how these ended up ripping easily at the end! They are a great quality pair, and I love that semi-shine they have to them as well! I would happily recommend this pair for sure
