My Outfit

Now this probably isn’t the best outfit to showcase how glossy this pair of holdups are, but I loved the whole fit! I went with my halter neck plunge top, paired with my butterfly circle skirt and added simple court shoes to finish the look.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: I made sure that I had my hosiery gloves on this morning, to avoid any snags or damage whilst getting them on.

A scrunch and roll on both legs before setting them in place. I had to overturn the band so it didn’t keep on catching my thighs before I set them in place.

On The Legs: these have a proper glossy shine to them, and this is in natural lighting – so I can only imagine what they would look like with flash on, or in the sunlight! I will say these are not 20 denier at all, they are way thicker (looks and feel).

The quality of these disappoint me to be honest; they have so many marks all over them, that it ruins the glossy shine it has going on. Luckily they don’t snag easily which is a bonus, but I am having to deal with defects all over the legs instead.

The fit of these are one size fits all. I had way too much material to play with, so it is a darker denier on me. I suppose if you have thicker legs, these would become sheerer, but sadly had to work with a darker denier.

The feel of these are so silky soft on the legs, and feel really smooth to touch. They felt absolutely incredible on!

The Toes & Ankle: these come with reinforced toes. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear either.

Around the feet and ankles, I had a smooth finish with a no wrinkling around the ankles.

The Bands: so I LOVE the bands on this pair! They are beautiful and something I haven’t ever come across before. It’s a shame I hid them under my long skirt, but I don’t mind that – it’s a sight that makes me happy to see every time.

They are a lovely deep lace band, and I sat these as high as I could as I had so much material to play with. I would have sat them lower just to give glances of it with a shorter skirt or dress.

I had plenty of stretch in these bands too, and they held up so well during my wear today. I had no issues with the tackiness either, which I thought would be an issue, but wasn’t luckily.

My Thoughts?

What a pair hey! I love the bands on these; they are absolutely divine! But everything else really let me down, which is a shame!
