I know it has been a while since my last blog, as I have been taking some time out this year to unwind and just enjoy the holidays. Now I am back, bringing you great content to get you through those January blues.
Now I haven’t done much Iris & Lilly, so I am super excited to try these out. The perfect way to describe them; a more affordable Wolford pair.

Getting Them On:
On The Legs: I do like this colour, and how lovely it looks on the legs. These are a great pair for this time of year, especially when it’s a little dark and gloomy. It adds a nice amount of colour on the legs to achieve a classy look without being too overpowering.
The quality of this pair is still really good, but not as brilliant as Wolford normally is. They still do a good job let me tell you, but these are more like your everyday tights than a luxury pair. I can happily say these stayed snag and rip free the whole day, so that’s a great bonus!
These do have a lovely lustre shine to them, which you should be able to see a little lower down the blog (and also when you look up close). They aren’t too in your face, which is nice if you’re after a subtle pair.
The fit of these were great on the legs, and I had plenty of stretch in them to get great leg coverage without it being tugged or pulled when moving. I went one size up and got Small rather than X-Small, and I feel that certainly made a difference.
The feel of these are super soft, and really smooth on the legs. I didn’t suffer from any irritation during the day, and I loved how great they felt. Not bad for a kinda-Wolford pair.
The Toes & Ankle: so these come with darker reinforced toes, which match the reinforcement under the waistband. I had no pressure on the toes whilst I was in them, and my toes were free to wiggle without any issues.
Around the feet and ankles, these have a smooth wrinkle-free finish.
The Waistband & Gusset: and onto the waistband we go. This is what I meant by the reinforced section sitting under the waistband. It is a good, thick reinforcement with a slim waistband sitting on top. This helps to prevent snags and runs ruining this area, especially upto the band itself.
The band is great; it hugs well, it doesn’t lose elasticity during the day and it sits in place until you move it.
These do come with a cotton gusset, which isn’t as pretty as a Wolford pair would be. It is pretty messy, with an uneven cotton patch. I won’t complain too much, but it is something to note when you expect a little more from this pair.
For a 3 pack pair, I like them. They look great, they feel great and if you have any issues, you have 2 backup pairs to play with. I would happily recommend them as an everyday pair you could wear.
