Oh it has been some time since Gatta has made an appearance. I find them to be quite limited; it was hard finding this brand in the UK and stockists. Plus they have increased their prices greatly, becoming a little more in the luxe category than the affordable brand.
Anyways, this pair was gifted from my Amazon Wishlist.

My Outfit
Going for a black and red combo, I paired up my cold shoulder blouse, with my red shorts and added red patent heels to finish the look. I would have done simple black heels, but I wanted that pop of red on the feet too.

The Packaging
Getting Them On: with backseams that start from the toes, I have to take a good amount of time to make sure I line them up as straight as possible. I used my hosiery gloves to get them on, and then rolled them up in a straight line before setting in place.

On The Legs: I love this design; it’s simple, it’s fun and it looks great on the legs. I like that the ‘Be Happy‘ statement is on one leg and not both, just to give it that something extra.
The quality of these are nice; they are just like the older pairs I’ve tried from Gatta where the quality is amazing. I kept these snag-free and damage-free for the whole day which I am super proud of!
The fit is true to size; I had enough stretch in these to achieve even leg coverage. I was scared that my thighs would have been a little too thick for a small, but these fit just fine. I would advise going a size up if you’re unsure, or in-between sizes. This allows you some extra material so you don’t have to tug so hard at them.
The feel of them are lovely; they are smooth, they are soft and they made me feel great all day. I love that they didn’t irritate my skin either, which makes it an easy wear.
I will say that the backseam did move slightly around my feet and ankles; I had to keep doing a pinch and pull to keep them looking straight.

The Toes & Ankle: as you can see below, the seams start right from the toe seam. This means that the toes aren’t reinforced either, so I would be careful with those long toenails. I made sure mine were smooth and semi-short just so I don’t cause any damage whilst reviewing them today.
Around the toes, I had plenty of wiggle room, and no pressure was added. The feet and ankles have a lovely smooth finish, as you can see below.

The Waistband & Gusset: so I spoke too soon. I managed to create a small hole in these right at the last minute. Never mind…
The waistband is great; they sit flat on my waist with no issues whatsoever. I had plenty of elasticity in these, and they hugged my waist well. These also come with a T-band, which is that strip going down the front and back that acts like a reinforcement.
These have a cotton gusset in the middle, which sits flush against the skin too.

My Thoughts?
I think this pair is adorable, and I loved the way they look on. I now need to try them with the seam at the front, for a different type of look. I think they are quite pricey for what you get if I am honest.
