The Silver Party collection was a huge favourite of mine, and I did many promo posts and a blog on them before my account was shut down. So I am pleased to have a pair back in my life to review for you all.

I decided to go a little glam with my outfit today, as I wanted to cheer myself up a little. I went with my floral playsuit paired with my suede sandals. Simple but effective, especially with that great backseam!

The Packaging
Getting Them On: with any backseam pair, I always take my time to slip on some hosiery gloves and take my time working these up the legs to make sure they are straight as possible. I wanted the design to site a little higher than my sandals so they can be seen and then let the seam do its thing.
On The Legs: let me just take a sec and talk about this backseam and how trippy it looks! From afar, the design looks metallic and 3D, but when you get up close you see the way they have done it gives that illusion. I absolutely love it; at first I was puzzled but then realised it’s an illusion – and I am here for it!!
The quality of these are lovely; I do like Gatta and most of their hosiery I absolutely love, but there are some that can miss the mark. I can happily say that this pair was right up there! I did see that the backseam wasn’t a super straight threaded line when you look up close, but it didn’t matter as much as this was high up my legs, but it was worth mentioning as I expect a clean seam. I didn’t have any issues with snags or rips during my wear either!
The fit of these were true to size, however I will say go one size up if you are in-between sizing. I had enough stretch in these to achieve even leg coverage and there was no gapping or wrinking around my knees or ankles.
The feel of them are super soft, and really lovely to wear. They were fine against my skin, and there was no irritation on or around the backseam either.
The Toes & Ankle: as you can see below, the seam works right from the toe seam and works right up to the waistband. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear either. These don’t come with reinforced toes, which is a shame but never mind.
Around the feet and ankles, these have a sooth finish, with no wrinkling.
The Waistband & Gusset: as you can see, these have a lovely waistband to them. I had plenty of stretch and they hugged my waist well during the day. These don’t lose elasticity either.
I also have the seams working right up to the waistband, which I love when wearing shorter clothing.
My Thoughts?
Well these were a great pair to try out today! I love that seam, and it’s one that can be worn with any outfit you like, especially with Xmas parties coming up soon too. I love the quality, I loved the feel and they have been great to me!
