Let’s start Monday off right with some lurex statement tights! I always love these type of pairs, and creating different looks with them. Normally they would be a pair you would wear for a party or some evening dinner.

But you know me … I like to get creative and find ways to wear them where you would least expect!

My Outfit

Little miss smarty pants today; wearing my oversized jumper tucked into my bodycon skirt and I added my black suede court shoes to finish off the look for work. I added drop mis-match earrings as well for some extra sparkle!

The Review

The Packaging: so pretty simple but nice enough to get your attention. The model wears the hosiery on the front, and the back goes into a little more detail about them, along with the hosiery sizing guide and care.

When you get in, you will find these flat folded and wrapped around card. I gotta say these do seem pretty long when I got them out the pack!

 

On The Legs: just a little stunner these are!

The denier being 20 is just amazing; not only do you get the sheerness to them, but you also get that gorgeous golden glow from time to time as well. It’s one that I think works so well for the legs rather than making it a thicker denier where the sparkle is so mind-blowing;

this is a subtle type of golden shine and I absolutely love it!

The quality of them are amazeballs; they haven’t snagged or ripped once, there is some stretch to them as well and they have behaved so well on the legs whilst I’ve been on the move today.

The fit of them are great; I didn’t feel at any point that they were moving around on the legs, or any signs of gapping. The feel of them are slightly grainy but not rough which I do like. This means it won’t be irritating the skin in any way; I didn’t have to itch once whilst wearing these. They are super comfortable to be in all day!

The black/gold effect is just stunning; I am so glad I wore these to work and not just for an evening out. I feel in the evening, you would see the gold come out a lot more, whereas in the day you have a lovely bit of both on the legs which I liked.

It’s certainly a pair you can wear from day to night!

 

The Toes & Ankle: so the toes are reinforced slightly due to that little band going across the toes there.

As you can see, you still get that gold sparkle which makes these totally sandal worthy! There is plenty of wiggle room in these, and no extra material around the toes and feet too.

Around the ankles, it’s a lovely smooth finish!

 

The Waistband: so the band is simply wonderful! It has not rolled over itself once; it has sat flush against me all day, no irritation, no lacking of elasticity and overall it has just been amazing.

I thought I would have issues with the band and around the waist due to my skirt and jumper being tucked in creating heat – which might irritate the skin. But I had none of that at all whilst wearing these!

 

 

My Thoughts?

I am so happy I have this pair in my life. I have fallen in love with them, and for the price you pay is unreal! The quality is just great; that golden shimmer can work both day and night and I just love them. I would certainly recommend these!
