I haven’t done an outfit like this for a while, and I was in the mood to create something with a romantic feel. Plus it worked well for work too. I paired my plain cardigan with my skirt and added suede sandals to finish the look.

Getting Them On: I have to say I noticed that these didn’t feel that great when I was doing my scrunch and roll. So I made sure that I took my time rolling them up the legs. I had some real issues here:
- The toe seams and the side ankle design do not line up. I had to line up the toe seams and twist the design into place to make sure they sit how they are supposed to and not a twisted mess.
- These kept snagging as I rolled them up. I did have hosiery gloves on (please note this!) and they still occurred as I rolled them up.
- Getting to the waistband, I had to twist them to make the gusset sit flush in the centre and not twisted mess it wanted to be.
- I ended up ripping them on my tushy whilst I was twisting them in place – I have no idea how but it happened.
So this was my morning – and I spent around 20-25 minutes sorting this out, when it should have taken me 5 like it normally does.

On The Legs: where do I start? These are not the best pair of tights to be honest, and totally not worth it. But I won’t spoil it here; let me get into a little more detail for you…
The quality lacks BADLY! These felt rough to touch when I was getting them on, and I can say they are any better when they are on the legs. They felt like cheap quality that you would buy for a few pounds. They snag VERY easily, and I ended up with over 10 on my legs by the end of the day.
The fit of these I cannot complain about. They did fit me well, and I had plenty of stretch in them so there is no gapping around the ankles and knees. If you are unsure, check the sizing guide and maybe go a size up.
The feel of them are not the greatest, and I am not a fan. This is the material that does irritate the legs, especially if you was to have sensitive skin. I was uncomfortable in these today, but I had to stay in them to give you all a full day’s review.
The nicest thing is the floral design at the sides. This is on both legs, and I like the simplicity to them. The only issue here is that they twist and turn slightly, only because I had to twist them in place this morning. I had to though as they were not lined up correctly and looked a mess!
The Toes & Ankle: okay so after this has given me a lot of jip this morning, it stayed put for the rest of the day. These come with reinforced toes, which you can see a faded lighter denier going across. I think these actually did miss being quality checked – I haven’t had a pair of Gabriella tights this bad before.
And speaking of quality lacking – I ended up snagging these so bad around the feet; they caught on my heels somehow and formed a hole and a lovely slim ladder too. Luckily it was on the inner side of the foot, but I was super annoyed!
I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to move and breathe, and no pressure was added either.
Around the feet and ankles, these had a smooth finish with no wrinkling.
The Waistband & Gusset: so the waistband, is a good fit, and it hugs the waist well. That’s probably the one good part to this pair that I couldn’t find fault with.
I did mention when I was getting ready that I ended up putting a hole in these – it was too explicit to show it on the blog but take my word for it; I did some damage!!!
These do come with a cotton gusset, but if it was to sit naturally it would have been a twisted mess.

My Thoughts?
Not gonna lie – I wouldn’t bother.
