I know some of you are gonna be thinking “Why is Soni in 40 deniers in this weather?” … Well just because the sun is out and the heat is blazing, I still have to review all deniers regardless. I might have to really debate going past 50 deniers in summer, but then again if it’s a cooler day then there is no stopping me 🙂

It’s been a while since I have glammed up, so I decided to rock a logo t-shirt paired with a statement skirt and I added boots as I had to rush around everywhere today so normal court shoes wouldn’t do!
T-Shirt: New Look
From The Website: Silky tights made of double-twisted yarn. Extremely durable and comfortable in wearing, flat seam.
The Packaging: has the model on the front in a nude shiny pair and the back goes into a little more detail about the hosiery along with the hosiery care guide and sizing.
When you get in, you will find these flat folded around card and folded vertically so there is no leg or foot shaping.
On The Legs: let me just say that these look absolutely amazing! Not only are they this really nice matte finish, but my legs actually look really nice in them! Normally I stay away from high deniers as they can work against my legs, but not this time!
The denier being 40 doesn’t look as thick as you would expect them to. I thought they would be slightly darker in denier, but in fact they give a really lovely coverage on the legs. It’s semi-sheer and they look amazing. A perfect pair for those who don’t like sheers but want something to wear in warmer weather – I would totally say 30-40 deniers!
The fit of these are true to size and there was a nice little bit of stretch in them too. I would recommend checking out the sizing guide before you buy as these won’t fit double sizes.
The feel of them were so soft and had a lovely velvety touch to them as well – they really were so comfortable to be in and didn’t make my legs feel hot at all either. I thought they might and I did start to worry once I was in the sun, but actually they didn’t at all.
The Toes & Ankle: as you can see it’s so lovely and smooth around this area. No wrinkles in sight here, so it makes it perfect to wear them with any type of footwear; open toe, court shoes, sandals etc.
The toes I think are slightly reinforced but not majorly so I would still make sure that your nails are kept short and not sharp in any way to prevent rips. These have plenty of wiggle room to them and they don’t squeeze your toes at all during the day.
The Waistband: pretty basic but does the job here. They did start wanting to roll down by the end of the day, which was a disappointment otherwise they have been great all day. The band is soft and comfortable to be in and these hold up really well throughout the day as well. These sit around the belly button on me, but this is height dependent as well.
I gotta say these were a great pair to be in, and can work all year long as well! I loved being in my pair and would certainly recommend if you’re into slightly thicker tights that make your legs look incredible!
