My Outfit

So I decided to pair these with my new skirt, and do a edgey grungey look with this instead of a feminine one like I normally do!

I added my fluffy jumper with my lace denim skirt, added thigh high socks and then my Jeffrey Campbell boots to give me some serious height!

The Review

From The Website:

The Packaging: I like how the packaging gets right to the point; the brand, the model wearing them and the fact that they state they are matt a effect.

The back of it has a bigger window so you can see the colour of the hosiery, along with the sizing guide, hosiery care and a bit of blurb about them:

” LYCRA – stretch tights, Semi-satin, matt, with high waist and reinforced panties’ part. Invisibly strengthened toes part.” – basically the same as what you see on Elegant Up’s website.

Getting Them On:  so these came flat packed around cardboard ready to get on. I would scrunch and roll these straight up but be careful of anklets though!! These are pretty delicate and can catch easily!

On The Legs: well what can I say? They gave my legs a gorgeous bronze tan and I am loving it! They hug the legs really well and give them a real nice flawless finish too! The bottom right image is in a different light where I was showing the difference; not too great but hey!

The denier is fab for spring/summer as it’s pretty light and gives enough coverage without it feeling too thick on the legs so they can breathe.

The feel and look is just stunning; they are super smooth, not silky which I expected anyways and they are great quality too! Not only that, these don’t snag easily!

Now I did put flash on on a few of the bottom row images and these don’t have hardly any shine to them which is fab (not that great for some though) as they truly are a matt finish!

The only downside I found is these don’t work that great with cotton socks; they caught the fluff and it took me a while to dust it off (to the point I had to pick it out of my tights!)

Otherwise I have no complaints with these!

The Toes & Ankles: once again a flawless finish here too! These are reinforced which is great for those who have longer toenails and these would look fab with a pair of peep toes or open toe sandals too! I love them!

Around the ankles, it’s all smooth and perfect looking; no wrinkles or crinkles anywhere!

The Waistband & Gusset: now this band is great to start with; it’s a slim on which sits around belly button level, however during the day it does start to roll on itself (especially if you’re sitting a lot), so one thing to note there!

Otherwise these are fab; they have a cut off boxer brief to them as well, so be mindful with anything short that you will see that line!

The gusset is a cotton one, pretty rounded as well and not the oblong diamond shape that they tend to be!

My Thoughts?

I am digging these! I love that colour on my legs and how they just transformed into some gorgeous honey tan colour!

They’re comfortable, they went all day snag-free and I love the way they looked on my legs too! I love the quality and how they felt on the legs as well!

I would recommend these for summer for sure!
