I am loving the Gabriella collection with their fun and flirty pairs they released this year. They do have some quirky pairs, and something that you don’t see everyday either.

I ordered this pair some time ago, and decided to really play with colour to show them off to the fullest.

My Outfit

Now this is a Spring outfit I know, but I was feeling so full of life today, I decided to create a bold look. I teamed up my white jumper with my cobalt blue lace shorts and added mustard coloured boots. To bring it altogether, I added my mustard slimline jacket.

Joy tights are made of high-quality fiber, double braided with polyamide silk, which ensures that they are pleasant to the touch and durable.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: I did my usual scrunch and roll up the legs, making sure to take care going over my anklets. These ere super easy to get on, as you don’t have to worry about symmetry on both legs or anything.

On The Legs: I love how colourful these are!! They really brightened up my day, and pairing with bold colours really helps them to pop.. I feel if they were on a black base, they wouldn’t stand out that much compared to the nude shade I’m working with today. As I mentioned before, these are a pair that would be worn in Spring/Summer rather than the middle of Winter, however I wanted something to cheer me up and I created this look!

The quality is great; I’ve spent my day in them and they have lasted me very well. I didn’t have any snags or rips, and they have stayed put all day long.

The fit of this pair is true to size. I felt it had enough stretch for my legs. I would always recommend checking their sizing guide if you’re unsure, but I will say I don’t think these would be an issue.

The feel of them are lovely. They are smooth and soft, have a lovey silky feel to them and they don’t irritate the legs either. These have been such a great pair I cannot fault them anywhere!

Oh I did also try the flash out, an as you can see they have a slight shine to them on the legs. It’s nothing too major, but something worth noting if you do get a pair and wear them out on a sunny day!

The Toes & Ankle: I have a feeling these are not reinforced toes, which is a shame but never mind. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to move and breath during the day, and there was no pressure added onto my toes at any point either. I do like that the polka dots start from the toes which means you can pair these up with open toe shoes and sandals if you wish!

The Waistband & Gusset: this is a sheer to waist pair as you can see below. I like sheer to waist pairs, as you can wear them with shorter clothing and not having to worry about that reinforced boxer brief peeking through. This gives you the freedom to basically go as short as you like!

The waistband itself is pretty slim, however it holds up very well and does not dig into your waist. I found it doesn’t roll down on itself either, so you will have a flush finish under your clothing. You do have a reinforcement around the seams, creating a T shape at the front and back.

The gusset is a small cotton-like patch, that sits flush against the skin once it’s on. It was super comfortable throughout the day.

My Thoughts?

I really like this pair, and I would happily recommend them for sure I love the quality as usual and the design is super playful! I managed to make it work in the darkest months, so you can imagine how great they will look when it is brighter outside!
