Another Fiore pair makes its way onto the blog today, and this time we are going out! I normally do stockings with longer dresses and skirts, but this time I decided I wanted to create something a little different.
Size: 2 / Small
Materials: 82% Polyamide, 14% Elastane, 4% Polypropylene
Website: UKTights – Fiore Lovely 20 Stockings
I paired up my drop cami with my long lace shorts to create a playsuit effect. I added my red kimono to match the welt on the stockings, and added my open toe heeled boots to finish off the look. I thought it turned out really well!
Suspender Belt: 6 Clasp
From The Website: Fiore Lovely is a stunner of a design and one of the most inventive reimaginings of a classic pattern. It takes the love heart and the polka dot and reshapes them into something stunning and jaw dropping. It is one of the smallest changes but one of the most dramatic looks in the whole Fiore range. This is exactly what fashion stockings should be about, turning heads and making a statement.

Getting Them On: I did my scrunch and roll, making sure I took care around my anklets. I shimmied them up the legs and tugged a little so they would sit higher up the thigh as this time I wasn’t wearing a skirt long enough to full cover them.
On The Legs: these shorts are a winner for sure! I finally found the right pair to wear with stockings – especially if they have a design that needs to be shown off. This is the sole reason why I opted for shorts – to show off that gorgeous polka dot drop pattern at the top. I love how simple the design is, and it is one that you can choose to show off or dress like I have to expose a little.
The quality is once again great with Fiore. They slid on very well, and I have spent the day with snag and rip-free stockings. They did me well today, considering that I haven’t flashed anyone the welt! I also want to note that there were no weird markings to be found on these. I thought there was some when I first got them on, but it turned out to be nothing.
The fit of these are true to size, and the were the perfect fit for me. I prefer this size, so I have the option to sit them high or low on the thighs. If I went a size up, they would sit higher without a slight tug and I wouldn’t be able to change that. These also curved well around the legs, so there was no gapping to be found.
The feel was incredible! They were so silky soft, and super smooth when your legs graze against one another. The polka dots were slightly raised (so you can feel them) rather than being sewn into the stockings. I had no irritation on the legs either, so I could spend all day long without worrying.
The Toes & Ankle: these come with reinforced toes, which are invisible. I am glad as these worked so well with my choice of footwear today. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added. I had to adjust these with my heels before I got them on, so it wouldn’t pull the stockings back when I slid my heels on.
Around the feet and ankles, these had a smooth, fitted finish.
The Bands: now these are some pretty welts we are working with today! I love everything about these; from the thin wet to the polka dot design. It’s a simple chic deign that catches your attention.
These have a lovely amount of elasticity in the welt, so it hugs well on the thigh instead of squeezing them. My suspender belt also clasps on really well, and doesn’t budge out of place once set.
This can look great, whether you choose to sit them high or low on the thighs. I personally love to cover them slightly, making others wonder what’s underneath.
One of my favourite stockings to date! I love the quality, and the chic element it has to it. A lot of people don’t do design from the welt downwards, so this grabbed my attention when I first saw them. I would happily recommend them as I loved being in my pair today!
