Fiore Limited Ed ‘Panterka’ Tights

Yep Fiore is making its way back onto the blog again; especially with some statement pieces! I used to love being in Fiore, and they went through a phase of real bad quality hosiery so I stopped buying as it became a waste of money.

Now I would happily go back to reviewing them as they have completely upped their game with the quality and designs – especially their current collection!

These tights totally remind me of a pair I did not long back: Jonathan Aston Wild Tights which I loved (The link opens in a new tab)

My Outfit

I swear I did a similar outfit with my other ‘Wild’ tights; I wore my oversized t-shirt dress and paired with my Dr Martens. I was going casual today instead of smart to work for a change. I kept my hair like a huge fluffball and rolled…

The Review

From The Website: Opaque 60 denier pantyhose with trendy leopard pattern – gives simple outfits a wild touch
– from the limited edition collection from Fiore.

Color: nude / black
Material – 95% polyamide / 5% elastane
Careinstructions: Hand wash only at max. 30 °

The Packaging: very very basic let me just start off with. I didn’t actually know they were done by Fiore until I went onto the website to find out that they were. There was no sign of the brand anywhere on the packaging!

The front shows a massive window with the hosiery peering through, and the back with very little detail. When you get in, you will find these flat folded around plain card.

On The Legs: well pretty out there I have to say, but playful at the same time!

Now I am not too sure about the whole nude thing – I felt that there wasn’t much of my own leg showing through and it was taken over by the faint brown/nude instead. It’s only when I stretched them out, that I saw the nude base come through.

The quality of these are great; I had no issues whatsoever being in them for the whole day. There was also plenty of stretch to them as well so the legs were hugged well.

The fit was just right; I felt there was enough room for my legs and that bit extra, but I would advise going a size up if you’re not too sure. The feel of them were super soft and so lovely to be in.

The design is one that made me question my outfits a lot to begin with; I had such a hard time pairing a colour with these, so I thought it was best to keep it simple black on top and then add patent boots to switch it up a little. I wanted to do reds and yellows, but I didn’t want it to be too much of an overpowering outfit.

The Toes & Ankle: I think these are invisibly reinforced as most of the Fiore collection tends to be, but still keep an eye out for those sharp/long nails. There was plenty of wiggle room in these, and no added pressure put on during the day.

Around the ankles, it was a lovely fitted finish 🙂

The Waistband: another little section that makes me smile is the band. This was comfortable to be in for the whole day, and I had no issues with it either. It stayed up well, it didn’t dug into my waist and never fell down once.

It does slightly crease inwards from time to time, but it doesn’t roll over itself at any point.

My Thoughts?

If you’re into this type of print, then I would certainly recommend them as they are a great pair that will last a good few wear if you take proper care. The best thing is that these are affordable 🙂

I wasn’t too sure with the colouring under the print, as I found it too dark and quite dulled down compared to the JA Wild pair I trialled.

Nice review myself I love different and these fit the description of different and love wearing animal prints for that different look. I don’t have these but do have a of leopard print in the Calzedonia brand and are wonderful to wear from fit to feel are perfect plus no roll down. Now these love the idea of the waist band and they stayed up.
