Mondays can be so hard in January – well it sure is for me at the moment, and a way to boost my mood is getting on a great outfit with a mood lifting pair of hosiery and heading out the door. So this is what my blog is representing today!
I have a bunch of Fiore stockings reviewed on this blog, so be sure to head to the search section.
Materials: 86% Polyamid, 14% Elastane
I know I have worn this outfit with a different pair of heels before, but I love it so much I had to restyle it again. I paired my skater dress with a pair of suede ankle court shoes and headed out the door.
Suspender Belt: 6 Clasp
Heels: Lost Ink
From The Website: Sensuous stockings with a beautiful patterned top. Smart matte finish, sheer leg and invisibility reinforced toe portion for elegance.

Sizes: small 5’0″-5’4″, hip 34″-38″, medium 5’4″-5’7″, hip 38″-42″, large 5’7″-5’10”, hip 42″-48″
Getting Them On: getting stockings on can be a delicate process. I made sure to wear my hosiery gloves from start to finish to make sure I don’t damage these whilst getting them on this morning. I did my usual scrunch and roll up the legs, before setting in place.
I did take my time getting them over my anklets, just to make sure they don’t catch and snag.
On The Legs: we are working with a lovely smooth looking pair with a gorgeous welt! I sat these quite high on the thigh, but I did shimmy them ever so slightly down so the point just peeks through under my dress layers. I do like this design as it’s simple but has enough detail to make a statement. Plus that little point that can sit at the front or back, really just adds to it.
The quality of this pair is really nice, and as you can see no damage has occurred during my wear. I was pleasantly surprised to how great they have been!
The fit is brilliant for a size small. I half expected it to be not as stretchy, and was really surprised when I could sit them as high as I wanted without compromising the material. Another plus point is no gapping ether due to the amount of stretch these have to them.
The feel of them are super smooth, and so soft against he skin. I tried one with my legs creamed and the other where my legs weren’t creamed as a tester – on both legs they both worked well; no irritation, no problemo.
The Toes & Ankle: to add to the plus point list – these come with invisibly reinforced toes too! I am so grateful! Reinforced toes are really handy to have, especially if you like to keep your nails slightly long.
I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear either.
Around the feet and ankles, I had a lovely smooth finish with not one sign of wrinkling occurring.
The Bands: of course I had to get some close ups for you all, as they are too gorgeous not to show off. The welt itself is a thin slimline band, which the clasps hook really well onto. Underneath is where the magic is – with that net floral design.
What I also love about the welt is that it shapes around my thighs really well, and doesn’t end up squeezing them during the day.
You know what? I actually love this pair. They are just a basic pair, but they have been so great to wear. They look lovely, they feel amazing and the design is just enough to make you feel sexy. I would happily recommend.
