I cannot remember the last time I did a shoe review, but as I have been gifted quite a few recently, it’s only right that I do a blog piece on them 🙂
So these are one of the first to arrive, which I thought were adorable when I added them to my Amazon Wishlist.

The Packaging: so these came in a simple white box labelled ‘chic; – what has that got to do with the brand? I have no clue.
Anyways when you get inside the box, these are individually wrapped in a mesh-like material to protect the shoes. They also come with spare heel tabs in case you want to change them yourselves if they get worn down.
The ankle straps come wrapped tight so they’re kept ‘in shape’ I like to call in instead of looking and feeling loose when you go to tie them around the ankle.
Once I unwrapped them, I decided to take a closer look at them; up close and personal. As you can see from the images below, these are in a suede shoe; if you can I would get some suede protector and spray them up before you wear them out. This helps to protect them in order for them to last that extra bit longer (plus it helps when it rains as well!)
I noticed at the back of the heels that these has some markings; at first I thought it was pen only to find out they were indented scuffs in the shoes, which means nothing is gonna get them out of there. Luckily they’re at the back and not (too) visible otherwise I certainly would have returned them back! Well to be honest, I actually would have even with those minimal markings, but they’re too cute and I don’t wanna wait so long for an exchange
On the inside of the heels at the back, I also noticed some scuffing. I have no idea how or why that is there; they certainly have not been worn and they are brand new, so who knows what’s going on there?!
Otherwise everything else is all good and pristine!
Getting Them On: so these are dead easy to get on. No messing around with fiddly straps or awkward fittings. You just slip your feet straight in, tie it as tight (or loose) as you wish and you’re good to go. What helps here is (when you’re barefoot) the suede panel at the front of the heels, which helps to keep your feet in place. With hosiery on, this just makes it more slippery where your foot just keeps sliding right on through!
On The Feet: these are so cuttttteeeeeeeee! The heel is like perfect for those who don’t wear them often, and for those who do, they are great for the daytime or if you prefer something a little more comfortable to be in.
The fit is really nice as well; I’m between a UK 5 and 6, so opting for a 6 was a good decision this time around.
I love the colour; it’s a mocha but a perfect nude colour to wear with almost anything. I would have gone for black, but that would seem a little more formal than these, where I find these to be quite casual. You have the option to dress them up or down which is something I love about them!
The fur on them is just an adorable touch. I used to hate heels that had fur on them, and then I suddenly got into them when I saw them everywhere and realised I needed to get myself a pair that wasn’t too OTT!
These are a pair I would certainly recommend! I think they’re so cheap to get compared to some price tags I’ve seen, and they are comfortable to be in all day as well, which is the most important thing.
I wasn’t too happy about the markings on them, so don’t put up with that if you do get a pair, otherwise I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with them. Just bear in mind that you’re working with a mid-heel, so do think before you buy them if you’re not someone who wears heels that often as you may find them uncomfortable to be in for a few hours.
