Well we are kickstarting my birthday week with a pair of gorgeous, romantic Falke tights. Of course, a lot of you know me and I love to dress up where I can.
I thought this outfit would be perfect for this pair, to head into town ad start celebrating!

The Packaging
Getting Them On: I did my usual scrunch and roll, and took my time rolling them up the legs. I had to tug ever so slightly so I had enough around the top of the thighs to set into place.
These were also fine going over anklets, as long as you take care.
On The Legs: HOW ADORABLE IS THIS PAIR!! Talk about making me fall in love with my legs right now! I love how cute this pair is, and it’s even more effective with the nude base to really make them pop. I also love how the hearts do not distort when stretched out either. I always see this occur in other brands I have tried before, and it makes a nice change that the stay the shape when stretched.
The quality of this pair is brilliant. I do love Falke as they have a luxe feel to them, and I can tell these would have a great amount of durability to them if you take care with each wear. I didn’t end up with and snags or rips during my wear, and thank goodness as they are now in my top 5 favourite pairs!
The fit of them are true to size, however I did find them a little snug around my thighs when I got them on. I would opt for going a size larger if you feel they wouldn’t fit properly. They have a great amount of stretch to them which helps, and this also means no gapping around the knees or ankles.
The feel of them are super silky smooth, with little velvet hearts. The great thing about the hearts is that they don’t mark up your legs underneath the tights. They have been sewn on top it seems, so you get to feel the gorgeous velvet texture. These also don’t irritate the legs either, as I spent all day in them without a problem.
The Toes & Ankle: these come with plain reinforced toes, and the heart design starts right underneath it. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and there was no pressure on my toes.
Around the feet and ankles, it was a lovely smooth finish.
The Waistband & Gusset: I do like this waistband, purely because we have a checked reinforcement part underneath it. The band is super thin, so it helps having that section underneath to act as support.
The band sits lovely on the waist, and it actually does not roll over itself or shimmy down. I was very impressed!! It also had plenty of stretch to it, so it didn’t feel too tight on me.
These also come with a cotton gusset, that sits flush against the skin.
