I am slipping back into a pair I did years ago, and I have never been more excited. I remember when I first got this pair – I was in awe of how great they looked on the model. I loved the look of them and how much shine was packed into it.
Now I have reviewed this pair before for another supplier, however their blog page is no longer available! So I will be re-writing the blog again for you all here (but better!)

My Outfit
So instead of doing my usual outfits, I wanted to do one for a special occasion. I decided to dress up a lace dip hem dress, paired with my backseam tights and adding silver sandals to finish the look. You can always opt for closed shoes or other footwear if you’re not comfortable showing toes.

The Packaging
Getting Them On: I did my scrunch and roll up the legs, and took my time to line up my seams too. As they are quite narrow, I had to take a little extra time to make sure I get them on as straight as possible.
These were fine going over anklets as well – as long as you take care going over them!
On The Legs: I had such a great time doing this shoot (can you tell?) – I had a lovely mix of natural lighting and flash to show you the difference. These were such a great pair to work with today, and I can’t even express how happy I was to be back in them once again.
The quality of these are amazing; they have a lovely amount of stretch in them to give me great leg coverage and these don’t damage easily. There were a few near misses, however I managed to not get a single snag in them so I am super proud! If you treat these right, they will last you a good while.
The fit of these were true to size, and I had no issues with them at all. I would recommend checking the sizing guide before purchasing, however there is no harm if you go one size up as there is enough elasticity to make sure it hugs the legs well. These fit really well, and there was no gapping to be found anywhere.
The feel of them is uber soft! I loved my pair, and super smooth on the legs. These are a pair that make your legs glide off one another. They have such a smooth coating that is just incredible. These also don’t irritate the legs in any way either – worth mentioning if you have sensitive skin.
That backseam is just stunning; it’s bold, it’s simple and it’s stunning. This seam works from the toes all the way to the waistband, so you can easily pair anything short with these tights.
The gloss on these are phenomenal; they have such a great shine to them, I absolutely love it. You wouldn’t think it until light hits them and just bounces off.
The Toes & Ankle: now I had a little issue with my toes seams. I kept sitting them just under my toenails, however they kept sliding back and sitting under my toes instead. It wasn’t a huge issue, however I wanted to mention that they slipped a little with me from time to time. I suppose wearing sandals didn’t help there either.
These unfortunately don’t have reinforced toes to them, which is such a huge shame. So I will advise being carful with sharp/long nails in them.
I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes, and no pressure was added during the day either.
Around the feet and ankles, I had a lovely smooth finish, with no wrinkles.
The Waistband & Gusset: now without exposing too much – the last image shows how far up the backseams go. This is on both sides.
The waistband is great; it sits around the belly button on me and stays put all day unless I move it. It doesn’t shimmy down at any point, and it doesn’t loosen either. I did like that these have a nice amount of stretch in them so it doesn’t squeeze your waist.
These do have a small cotton gusset to them, which sits flush against the skin.
My Thoughts?
I love this pair, and I am so happy I got another chance to be back in them once again. I love the quality, I love the gloss and I love this pair. It is such a simple yet effective pair if you want to create subtle statement pieces.
Great legs Soni and lovely review have to agree with all you said. I have a pair myself I loved wearing for my fashion photos. Being that was first time wearing backseam tights hardest part for me was to get the seam straight. But that part comes with practice have read several tips on how to get them straight. From the mirror tip to getting them straight as I put them on if you have other ideas please let me know.
