Day 22 of my holdups of the day series brings some Spanish luxe to the mix with these Cecilia de Rafael Sevilla Super Shiny Hold Ups – another pair I picked from my Amazon Wishlist to spotlight.

I need to wear this dress more often; it makes me so happy to just twirl in this number! Anyways … I kept it simple and added my new Nine West sandals to finish off the look.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: I made sure that I had my hosiery gloves on this morning, to avoid any snags or damage whilst getting them on.
I did have a fair amount of stretch in them, so I could sit them higher.

These were fine going over my anklets too!

On The Legs: Lordie Lord! I always forget how much I love the shade Dore – it suits me to a T! I absolutely love good they look on the legs; effortless, glistening, and perfectly matched.

The quality of CdR are usually amazing, however I did manage to catch these a few times in different places. I got a photo of one long snag that I made, and then found some more at the back of my thighs.

The fit of these are true to size, and I had plenty of stretch in them, so I could sit them wherever I wanted on the legs.
If you are in-between sizes, I would advise going a size up just you have a little extra material to play with.

The feel of these are so so so so soft and silky as anything! They have a coating on them, which gives that lovely shine. I absolutely love being in these!

The Toes & Ankle: these come with invisible reinforced toes (I think), so you can wear open toes with these if you wish like I have. I had plenty of wiggle room for my toes to breathe, and no pressure was added during my wear either.

Around the feet and ankles, I had a smooth finish overall with no wrinkling.

The Bands: another triple band pair, with triple silicone too. It’s nice that they’re super simple and versatile – so everyone can enjoy this pair without thinking it’s feminine.

I had plenty of stretch in these bands, so I had no issues with any thigh squeezes.

My Thoughts?

These are a great pair of holdups, minus the snags I decided to make in them today! I loved the fit, the shine and the overall look of them. I would definitely recommend.
