Back into CdR we go, with another from their new collection. I am slowly working my way through these as they are gorgeous and so bold for winter.

The Review
From The Website: There are plenty of floral tights in the world, but few like this, and not just for the design itself. Bouquet is a duel design of black back drops with red roses on the leg, and a contrasting vine pattern on the bum and upper thigh. Combined in the one design and they are quite arresting. And not only that, they are designed by Miguel Marinero, a wonderfully gifted and stunning talent in the world of fashion. He is one of Cecilia de Rafael’s guest designers, and is helping to bring their fashion wing to new heights.

The Packaging: so once again these were sent by CdR, so this doesn’t really have any outer packaging to it. It states it on the label the model name along with the sizing.
As per usual, this worried me a lot when I saw the size as large, but then I thought I have tried large before and they turned out to be ok, so these shouldn’t be too bad.
On The Legs: well… I gotta say these look super cute and playful for winter. I was dead impressed with how they look on the legs!
The fit and feel of them are real good; I found them to slowly make their way down to the ankles during the day, but the first few hours were ok 🙂 I have to say these did help keep my legs warm!
The design on these are beautiful; proper thick with bold roses, and then working right into a sheer vine pattern to the waistband.
The Toes & Ankle: so around the toes, as you can see is pretty blocked out. There was plenty of wiggle room in these and they would have been reinforced with the thicker denier anyways, so long nails wouldn’t have been an issue.
Now what I did experience is the wrinkles at my ankles; not a good look when you’re in court shoes looking like your tights don’t fit you! I did keep pulling up as much as I could during the day, but in the end I gave up as every 30 mins when you’re walking about, you can feel these slightly slip down the legs!
My Thoughts?
Overall I think these are super cute, but I would prefer them in my own size rather than 3 sizes larger. I feel like the denier would have really stretched over the legs, not giving it such a opaque look but more semi-opaque.
Nice review Soni😉

Hi Soni,
Thanks for linking to us. We totally agree that maybe two sizes smaller would have been more suitable for you. They’d feel less opaque and that would most likely avoid any wrinkles around the ankles (all that extra fabric in the size Large has to go somewhere). Maybe you can wear these with boots, instead of stiletto heels, to cover them up. These may look amazing with some wellies and a cosy knitted dress, too. Thanks again!
I love it !!!
