Calzedonia Tulle Lace Socks

And my last pair of the Calzedonia Tulle socks collection ends with these stunners. I have to say I do love dressing up socks now; I never thought I would get to this stage, but I am so glad I am experimenting with these combos now that Spring/Summer is here!

My Outfit

Date night bring it on. I wore my Wolford Fatal dress paired with my lace socks and added my fluffy heels for that extra bit of pzazz!

I kept my hair down, added a simple necklace and studs to finish off the look.

The Review

The Packaging: The front is quite plain, with the back showing you the model wearing the socks.

When you get in, you will find these wrapped in plastic packaging, and folded around card to keep their shape. These are shaped to the foot from a side view (if that makes sense) – so it won’t be how you would normally get them on.

Getting Them On: as these are slightly fitted due to the netting, I did my usual scrunch and roll around the feet until I got to the lace part. I made sure that the seam sat under my soles rather than on the side.

On The Feet: how amazing do these look?! I had to admit I was toying bet ween court shoes or these heels, but I opted for these as I wanted to make it look quite OTT!

That lace detail is just stunning; I left my wrinkling around the ankles rather than sitting flush against the legs as it looked a lot more natural and effortless. You can always choose to pull it up and keep it that way if you prefer.

The quality is spot on once again, and I am so glad I didn’t get any snags in the micro-netting part on the feet.

The fit of them are great if you do have slim feet, but I would like to see someone who has got slightly bigger/wider feet to give these a go so I know if they have the same result I do.

That lace work is just gorgeous, and the fact you have added bows and seams at the back make it even more cuter!

Around The Toes & Ankle: I gotta say I had no issues once again. There was plenty of wiggle room in these, no added pressure and certainly no snags or rips. They were so good to me!

I did a little comparison in the bottom left corner, so you can see what it looks like fully flush against the skin and slightly wrinkled.

My Thoughts?

Once again, another winner in my eyes. A classic pair with a gorgeous lace top is just everything! I never did socks and sandals until a few years ago, and it’s one of the best combos when you get the right pairing. I don’t always agree that all socks and sandals combos go, but when they are looking like this … It’s another story!
