ASOS DESIGN 15D Tights

Onto another pair of ASOS branded tights. I was pretty keen to see how these would be on the legs as the previous pairs were not bad at all!

I know nude is not common this time of year, however you know me! I love to be unconventional and just do my own thing!

The Packaging

Getting Them On: I did my usual scrunch and roll up the legs, and set them in place. I did have to take care going over my anklets as one point, they did catch onto them.

On The Legs: well I have to say this colour is quite nice. I am glad I picked bronze as it looks great on the legs. There is a noticeable difference against bare legs (I forgot to take that image for you all) so if you are after a tannish colour, this one is great.

The quality of these are not great; I had so many issues with them. They snag easily, however you can’t really notice it unless you look up close. They also fall down a lot, even though these are supposed to be the right size for me. They were such a hassle to be in.

I am also questioning how these are 100% nylon to be honest; they have elasticity in them and they do not feel as smooth as 100% nylon does. So I think that is an error on their part.

The fit of these were great to begin with, but as soon as you start moving in them, they shimmy down the legs so you have the gusset mid-thigh! I was not impressed at all with this.

The feel of them are even worse; I felt they were grainy, they felt slightly rough on the inside of the leg and they were just overall uncomfortable to be in.

However, on the bright side – these shimmer real good in the sunlight.

The Toes & Ankle: they come with reinforced toes which is a bonus. I also has plenty of wiggle room for my toes, and they did not feel cramped either. They have a strip at the front and back of the toes.

Around the feet and ankles, you can see a fitted smooth finish (this turns to wrinkles when they start falling down).

The Waistband & Gusset: the images below will show the boxer brief reinforcement it has. This is great and all, but not when it is half way down your legs. This felt even rougher than the rest of the leg, which I just put up with to do this review (otherwise they would have been off in a heartbeat).

The waistband is just pathetic; it kept falling down, they loosened after being in them for over an hour and it rolls over itself as well. This is basically my worst nightmare in a pair of tights!

The gusset is non-existent, which is just the icing on the cake. I have nothing else to say here…

My Thoughts?

I wouldn’t go there if I was you. They were a nightmare to be in – not worth the money at all!
