Another new brand is blessing the blog today, although I can’t give you any information about it to be honest as there isn’t any I can get hold of.

Now these were gifted and I thought it would be great to wear them with a work outfit instead of a casual one. It’s been some time since I have had some oily shine on the blog so here goes!

My Outfit

I went quite dark with my outfit and paired a statement skirt just to add some colour as I lacked it everywhere else. I would have worn cream or ivory, but as it’s pretty cold I opted for my cosy jumper instead.

The Packaging: these came in a small packet through the door. It shows the model wearing them in nude and grey on the front and back and everything else is in a foreign language.

When you get into these, you will find them wrapped again in plastic packaging and static as anything! They just kept sticking to me, which made it hard to take pictures of them at this stage.

 

Getting Them On: well let’s say that the scrunch and roll was fine to do, but when you get to the top, these squeeze the life out of your thighs! At first I didn’t opt for a suspender belt, but when I saw that they were rolling down I ended up popping one on!

On The Legs: well let me start off with the sizing this time. These are certainly not a ‘one size fits all’ pair at all. I felt these run very small to the point I had muffin top thighs in these because they were so tight at the top – and didn’t look attractive at all. I was super disappointed with that but what can you do hey.

Right the quality of these were pretty decent for what you get, but you do end up with these weird lines and markings on the legs. You will be able to see it a little better in my video below – and this is from the feet all the way to the top. Other than that, these don’t snag or rip easily that’s for sure and they have been great to me otherwise.

The fit of them is just rubbish – I wouldn’t even know how anyone could get into these with ease especially around the thighs!

Maybe if you’re super skinny then you could!

The feel of them are super silky soft and feel so smooth on the legs too. With that coating on top, it makes it easy for your legs to slip off one another.

I do love the fact they are 8 denier (even though they look a little thicker than that) as you get a lot of sheerness coming through and that works perfectly with the shine. I did take a few images below where I have added flash so you know what type of shine you are working with.

 

 

The Toes & Ankle: as you can see below, these fit really good around the feet and ankles. I felt there was enough wiggle room around the toes and there was no pressure added around this part. I do wish these were reinforced as it’s a thin denier, however I will just need to be super careful!

These are a lovely fitted finish.

 

The Bands: oh gosh well let me start off by saying sorry for the bulges that the bands are creating here. These are supposedly know to hold up on their own, but that actually isn’t the case. There is no silicone parts to do so and the bands on these squeeze too much and roll down easily so you will need a suspender belt.

I did find these dug in a lot during the day to the point you’re left with markings. The picture with the markings on the skin was taken 10 minutes after being in them – I wanted to show you that these really do dig into the skin.

I was playing it a little dangerous by clasping onto the 8 denier as there was nowhere else for me to clip it on to. These were fine all day and I didn’t end up ripping them at all in any way. I will recommend using clasps similar to mine if you can 🙂

 

My Thoughts?

Apart from making my thighs chunkier than they need to be, I really did like this pair – I just wish they fit well so I could have more wear from them. The quality was decent enough and these have some lovely shine to them as well but it’s just the fact there isn’t much elasticity in them and they are quite tight for a one size pair that makes me speak a little negative about them.
