Okay we are going with something a little different today. I wanted to incorporate flats into my outfit, as I have so many and want to start wearing them a little more. And of course, I had to pair them up with these tights to show off this ankle cuff we are working with today.

My Outfit

I am feeling pops of colour at the moment, especially when it’s a dark and dull day. I went with my cerise pink jumper, paired with my suspender skirt and added flats to finish the look.

The Packaging

Getting Them On: I am working with my normal size, however I have a lot of material to work with so there won’t be much tugging needed. I did my scrunch and roll, working up the feet and rolling slowly up the legs. These were super simple and smooth to get on and set in place.

On The Legs: the design is something super cool, and it worked well with this skirt (or any mini skirt where it shows it off). I love the ankle cuffs, with the matching welts on the thighs. You can either cover these, or show them off. I decided to show it all off, because why not? I like that you can play with how you style these. One thing I did notice was in the stitching around the pattern, there are some bits where it’s missed – I don’t know why some companies just miss this, but I found it in multiple spots on this pair.

The quality of this pair really let me down bigtime today. I get that these have minimal elasticity in them, and a lot more nylon which makes it hard for me to see these rip! I ended up catching these at the back, and I ended up with a huge hole and a lovely ladder. I was so disappointed in them, and I had to spend the day with them like this.

The fit was great, and I had a fair amount of material that I had to bunch at the top of my thigh so it wouldn’t end up near my ankles. There was no gapping found round the knees which is a good sign.

The feel of these were lovely and soft to work with during the day, and no tugging against the skirt when I walked either.

The Toes & Ankle: with the reinforced toes, I had 2 slightly different sizes. One was a slightly smaller than the other, which is noticeable if you look up close. I mean I am happy that I have them, but it made it hard wearing flast as one was showing through more than the other when you look down.

I had plenty of wiggle room for my feet to breathe, and no ressure was added during my wear.

Around the feet and ankles, it is a smooth fitted finish with no wrinkling.

The Waistband & Gusset: so the waistband is decent at least.; the one thing that I don’t need to complain about. The band itself is super stretchy, and there is plenty of elasticity in them to last all day with no issues. It hugged the waist well too, with no slippage.

My Thoughts?

As great as they may look, these were a total flop! I didn’t like the quality on this pair, the fit was just a little off otherwise a lovely design!
