Aurellie Tess Rose Polka Dot Tights

Hello new brand! Now this one I don’t have much information on, purely because they are a small brand and run mainly through Amazon. And I do apologise in advance for the mixed title in the link information – I got that straight from the page itself.

So this gorgeous pair is another that was gifted to me to review and I am super glad to be back in polka dots again. Another versatile print that can work with any outfit you put it with!

My Outfit

A little Autumn looking, but one that I wanted to do as it looked super cute. I paired up a jumper with my shorts, and added my ankle boots. You can always change the boots to pumps, and the jumper to a cami top r t-shirt for the warmer days.

The Packaging: so their packaging is pretty simple, but still looks appealing enough. The model shows the tights on the front, along with the brand name, denier and size. Flipping it over, it goes into a little more detail.

When you get in, you will find them flat folded and wrapped around plain card.

Getting Them On:

On The Legs: I love how these look on the legs! That cute polka dot design against a matte-finish denier looks amazing. I like how the spots are a little larger than normal, which gives it more drama than normal polka dots too.

The quality of these are pretty decent, but I can say these will snag very easily. I have worn similar pairs like this before, where anything can snag these. So you will need to take care wearing these, especially if you’re wearing them exposed like I am. These do have a nice amount of stretch to them as well, which I do like so you get even coverage on the legs.

The fit of these are true to size, however I still recommend checking the sizing guide before purchasing as I don’t think these would fit if you’re in-between sizes. The feel of them are smooth and soft on the legs, both inside and out. They didn’t irritate the legs in any way either.

Let me just note that I did find nearer the top of the legs, I found markings on the legs which were noticeable. They are thin black lines, which do not go away, even if you try and rub them. I have no idea why they are there, but I thought I would share.

The Toes & Ankle: I am super happy that these have reinforced toes to them. The design starts right underneath that and works up the legs. I had plenty of room in them for my toes to wiggle about and not feel restricted. There was no pressure added onto the toes either.

Around the feet and ankles, these have a smooth fitted finish to them so there won’t be any wrinkles lurking around.

The Waistband & Gusset: another good pair with good waistbands to them! These are nice and thick, and really hug the waist well. They are super comfortable to wear, and they don’t squeeze you at all. I really like the fit of these, and the best part is that these do not roll or fall down!

There is also reinforcement under the band as well, and it also has the T-band to it, which also holds the gusset in the middle. This also sits flush against the skin.

My Thoughts?

I gotta say I really do like these, and I think they are great on the legs. They fit so well, they look adorable and the quality is pretty damn good. I would certainly recommend them 🙂
