Femme Luxe Clothing Review (Part 9)

I have another great selection to be reviewing this time around, and it’s a nice little mix of partywear as well as cosy Autumn/Winter items.

Now I won’t be doing a YouTube review on these items as I thought it would be easier to do a blog with still images and close ups instead.

Outfit 1 : Silver Black Glitter Corset Strappy Bodysuit (Chance)

Colour: Black/Silver

Size: 6

Website: Femme Luxe – Bodysuits

My Thoughts: Even though this may look great, it’s not that comfortable to be in. The cups really dig into you and the straps are super itchy against the skin too. There is a size zip on the left, which is great for extra room whilst getting it on. The plus point is that these have a silicone strip going across the cups, although I am not too sure why that is needed as you can’t remove the straps to make it like a proper corset.

The only downside is that the thong part on the bottom does not sit against the skin and is actually inches away from my body. I thought it was super long before I got it on, and it truly was.

My Rating: 4/10

Outfit 2 : Orange Knitted Belted Bodysuit (Alma)

Colour: Orange

Size: 6

Website: Femme Luxe – Bodysuits

My Thoughts: well this is certainly a lovely fit and looks amazing on. I love the whole knitted look to it, especially now the colder months are here so this is perfect to rock under cardigans and jackets. I love the fit, and the belt is a cute addition.

The only downfall is that there is no fastening at the bottom, which means you have to pull this from the feet up and the wiggle your arms in.

My Rating: 7/10

Outfit 3 : Cream Knitted Turtleneck Midi Co-ord (Coco)

Colour: Cream

Size: Small (UK 6/8)

Website: Femme Luxe – Co-Ords

My Thoughts: now this co-ord is gorgeous, but the only downfall I had was how see-through it actually is. I had to pair nude lingerie underneath just to make sure that nothing is visible. The fit of this is gorgeous and stretchy so it works to your body shape real nice.

If this wasn’t so see-through, this would have a much higher rating from me!

My Rating: 6/10

Outfit 4 : Grey Faux Fur Gilet

Colour: Grey

Size: S/M (UK 8/10)

Website: Femme Luxe – Gilets

My Thoughts: I paired this with a t-shirt dress just to show you what it looks like with an outfit that isn’t paired with jeans or leggings. I thought this was quite big for me, especially around the back. I would have needed XS for it to really work for me.

Apart from that, it’s super cosy, the fur is so soft to touch and you have 3 hidden buttons inside so you can keep it open or closed.

My Rating: 6/10
