Bring out the nudes now that we have some sun out! It has been a mixed summer so far, where you don’t know if you’re gonna get sun or rain, so I am risking it today and throwing together a summer outfit hoping it doesn’t downpour on me whilst I am out!
This cute little pair was part of the Pretty Polly Exclusive Limited Ed Centenary Bundle!
Materials: 87% nylon, 12% elastane, 2% cotton
I feel neutral today with colours; I opted for bright whites and different shades of tan brown with my outfit. I added gold hoops as well to make it casual and flirty 🙂
Top: New Look
Tights: Pretty Polly
Wedges: Independent store in Brussels

The Packaging: is pretty cute! I love that blush pink which really works with the sunblush colour peeking through at the top. The front shows the brand, model and a small window which continues to the back showing the nylons. The back goes into a little more detail about the hosiery inside.
When you get in, you will find these flat folded and wrapped around card.
On The Legs: now as my battery was dying on both camera and phone, I could only get a few shots in for you unfortunately. However, my ultimate shot (top right corner) shows the right leg (left to you) with the pair on and the left leg (right to you) bare legged so you can see the colour difference. These aren’t tanned in any way and are more of a ‘natural’ colour.
The quality of these are pretty awesome! I have not had any rips or snags in these, and I have to say these are super thin as well! My only point to make is that these are pretty rough to touch, so there is a chance these could rip so do be careful when you’re in them.
I mention them being rough as to get that shine on lower deniers (and also depending on the supplier) the texture becomes slightly rough to touch. It’s nothing that would irritate the legs, but not so great to run your hands over.
The fit of these are great; they are perfect for my size and has enough stretch in them for a medium-sized person to fit into as well as they are pretty stretchy. I would recommend checking the sizing guide if you’re unsure with this brand.
Now the ‘gloss’ on these aren’t super high, as they are more of a shine on the legs, so don’t expect something with an oily high gloss shine as these are a little more toned down. They are still great for a 10 denier pair, but I feel for my skin colour, the hosiery colour and gloss didn’t really work for me.
The Toes & Ankle: this is great news as the toes are reinforced with a thicker denier. I wore mine with peep toe sandals which worked out well, but if you’re not comfortable with that, I would maybe recommend a smaller peep toe or just closed toe shoes instead.
Around the toes, there is plenty of wiggle room and enough room for the feet to move and breathe with ease too. Moving up towards the ankle, these have a lovely smooth fitted finish, so there shouldn’t be any signs of wrinkles around the ankles.
The Waistband: this cute little waistband has a shaped boxer brief to them on the front and back. For obvious reasons, I wasn’t able to show it off fully, but it’s a nice little bikini brief section with a frill design which smooths out at the sides (picture to the right)
The band on these are great and really do hold up well. They are comfortable around the waist and didn’t dig in either. They sat around the belly button on me, but this can depend on your height.
If it wasn’t for the colour, I would have raved about these bigtime! I loved them otherwise; they had a nice little shine to them and really sat well on the legs. I didn’t have any issues in them at all when I was in them all day, but the colour was the let down for me. It made my skin tone lighter rather than keeping it the same / darkening it and it was pretty obvious too!
