Let’s get playful for work. I wanted to do these for a casual outfit, but then thought let’s dress it up a tad instead.
I do love a pair of mock stockings now and again, especially when they are this playful. Those large polka dots paired with 2 thick bands across the thighs can have you wearing these multiple ways depending on how much you wanna show off.

I haven’t worn this dress in so long, so I thought I might as well pull it out and just work with it. I added a skinny belt around the waist and paired with my perspex heels to finish off the look 🙂

From The Website: Gabriella Dotty is patterned tights 40 den. Tje model Dotty is with the latest collection autumn-winter 2015/2016 by Gabriella. Tights perfectly adhere to feet. The pattern imitating stockings with dots perfectly highlights the beauty of your legs. Tights are matte, have flat seams and invisibly reinforced toes.
The Packaging: as you can see below, these are exactly how they come. The front of the packaging shows the model wearing them along with the brand and model name. when you flip over, it goes into a little more detail.
When you get inside, you will find these flat folded, wrapped around card and then covered with plastic.
On The Legs: I gotta say these are such a cute statement piece on the legs!
The quality of these are great; I had no snags or rips throughout the day, and there is lovely amount of stretch to them as well. They were such a delight to be in!
The fit of them are true to size, so do make sure you check the sizing guide before you do buy if you’re unsure. The feel of them are soft, but not silky. As these are a matte finish, you will find it feels a little more grainy than smooth. It’s nothing to worry about, and it certainly won’t irritate the skin either, but it’s something to consider if you’re not a massive fan of that texture on your legs.
The design has such a gorgeous twist to them; not only do they create a mock stocking look, but in a way it looks pretty sporty with those thigh bands. when you cover them, they have this adorable dotted look from the toes to the top of the knee. This is a design you can’t stretch too much; I wanted the bands to sit higher, and I did try to stretch them up higher but they automatically drop down to where they actually need to sit.
What helps is that these are a matte finish, so you also get that leg slimming effect as well, which can help if you find larger polka dots make your legs look bigger. I know that some can which is why a lot of people tend to do for the smaller dots instead. But you won’t have to worry here as you have this duel effect going on!
The Toes & Ankle: yesssssssssssss to the invisible reinforcement these have! I have my nails short anyways so it’s not too much of an issue but yay! These also have plenty of wiggle room in them for the toes and feet to move and breathe. No added pressure either from the time you slip your feet into them.
Around the ankle, these are a lovely smooth finish; no wrinkles in sight 🙂
The Waistband: basically what you see is how it has been for the whole day. It has been this lovely smooth-against-the-skin finish which has not wrinkled down once. It has plenty of elasticity to them and they do stay put on the waist once they have been set in place.
For the price you can get them for, they are totally worth it. If you’re after something playful, decent and can create a simple statement, then these are the ones to go for. I loved being in mine and I will certainly be pairing with shorts next time to create a sport look!
