Roll on Day 2 of Maison Close. This is 2 of 3 that I have in my little collection, and I had to create something super stunning with this pair; nude with a black backseam means I can either go classy or make it a little playful for work!
Materials: 85% polyamid, 15% elastane.
I chose to go for my box polka dot t-shirt tucked into my maxi side split skirt and I added new pleaser dom heels into the mix.
To compliment the heels, I went with red dome earrings.
T-Shirt: Pull & Bear
Skirt: off eBay
Earrings: independent store
Stockings: Maison Close
Shoes: gifted via Amazon
From The Website: This particular ‘cut and curled’ type of stocking is an original creation by Monsieur le Français, founder of Maison Close, who used to cut off tights during his early lingerie photo shoots, to pair with garter belts. He founds that all the models loved them and started to produce them under Maison Close Accessories. Made in Italy, the cut and curled stockings have become a Maison Close must have.

The Packaging: a lovely rich packaging to look at with the model on the front 🙂
The back goes into a little detail about the hosiery; it’s very generic and once you get in, this is where the fun begins.
As you can see below, they don’t look too appealing in colour. I thought the same, but on the legs, this does change 🙂
As you can see with the seams, they are packed vertically and the seams are dead straight on the side. This is gonna make it super easy to roll on and get that seam straight in one go.
Oh by the way – these smell great too! A proper nice fresh smell!
Getting Them On: using my satin gloves, I rolled these slowly up the ankle and then up the leg. I decided to wear them higher this time as these had a bit more stretch to them so it allowed me to do so.
In regards to the backseam, it didn’t take me long to do. As soon as you have it set from the heel of your foot, you just glide them right up as straight as you can. I hardly had to tweak it as they were pretty much set in place 🙂
On The Legs: as you can from the images below I have used a mix of flash and natural lighting just to show you the difference in colour. Without the flash on, it looks quite pale on the legs, and with flash on, they turn this lovely light tan colour. I didn’t realise it would make such a difference to be honest!
Once again the denier is on point; a lovely 20 so the backseam can really pop! This also gives a lovely leg coverage as well; making them look flawless!
The quality of them are spot on still; no issues whatsoever which I am super pleased about!
The fit and feel I found to be super amazing again; I actually more these higher than my last pair as these are a one size up. They still fit me perfectly but it allowed me to tug up so they can sit higher for work as my split is pretty long!
The Toes & Ankle: this time we are working with a more blended reinforced strip across the toes, which works well as it isn’t a massive difference to the normal tone. The backseam is a good one; it works right from the reinforced toe all the way to the non-welt.
Now this is a good thing as it helps you get your line up right from the toes; flipside of this is that you can feel it under your foot quite a bit depending the footwear. I found them to dig into my heel a little more during the day in these shoes, whereas in flats I didn’t really feel a thing. Something to think about before purchasing!
Around the ankles, these are a flawless finish with the anklets underneath.
The Band: is non-existent and still being good to me! This time I clipped it right under the black strip and tried my hardest to clip it just above the backseam. It was hard to do, but it meant I could keep them straight at the back without worrying.
They stayed up so well throughout the day, which I was mega pleased about.
Keep them coming Maison Close because I am really loving you right now!
