Calzedonia Fishnet Tights With Butterfly Detail

So these little beauties I managed to get from Budapest and I haven’t been able to get into them until now. As the weather is hot and gorgeous, fishnets are a good way of keeping cool wearing hosiery!

Now as these were bought from Budapest, I managed to get hold of a seller who does them on Amazon – which I have noted down below 🙂

My Outfit

So trying something different today – Don’t ask me why but I fancied doing this little combo because it was edgy and worked!

I wore my striped shirt paired with my tailored shorts and I added my mules with it. You can always add court shoes, but I wanted to try something else instead.

I wore minimal jewellery and kept my hair up in a messy bun!

The Packaging: as I bought these from their store, they were handing ever so nicely waiting to be picked! It doesn’t go into great detail whatsoever at the front and back, so there’s not much to say here.

Once you start ripping off the card, these are found with a piece of card in one leg to show off the design (I tried not to get mad here!)

Getting Them On: as the butterfly design is only on one side, you don’t need to worry about taking care on the other leg. I did the scrunch and roll as always but tool extra care with the butterfly to make sure it doesn’t get caught up in the netting!

These are fine over anklets and to be honest, you don’t really need hosiery gloves with this pair as the netting is pretty thick!

On The Legs: these look amazing. It’s a small fishnet pattern working all over which has durability to it. I found these quite hard to catch and snag which is great news if you’re always doing this with your hosiery!

The fit is superb; they are proper stretchy and leg hugging so you won’t have any issues about these moving away from the legs. The feel of them I gotta say is pretty rough but then again what do you expect with darker nets?

The design is on the right leg (you can choose which leg to be honest) and sits just under the calves. I was pretty disappointed that it’s only on one side. The only boo-hoo point to make is that the way it’s glued on it messes with the netting flow; you can tell it’s stretched out here which does put me off a little.

The Toes & Ankle: these have a good lot of room in them to be honest; I could easily pull the net away from my feet with plenty of room to show you. The seams sit across the top of the toes rather than underneath which works for me! There is no extra material here and one thing to watch out for is long nails; these have no smaller net capping for the toes so they are prone to ripping straight through!

Around the ankles; there is not much to say here as these sit flush against them.

The Waistband: is a lovely slim-line one which holds up the nets well throughout the day. They have plenty of stretch in them so they don’t hug you too tight around the waist. I didn’t experience any problems with these whatsoever!

My Thoughts?

I am in love with these and how edgy they look. I love the fit and the thickness of the nets to make them really stand out… And the butterfly just adds that touch of feminine to them. I would definitely recommend these!
