I know you must think I am so mad right now doing nude sheers in winter… But I really wanted to. I hate it when the weather dictates what I wear, and when it’s like forbidden to wear or expose something, I really want to … So I opted for these bad boys!
Now Mona is a new brand to me, and I have searched all over to find out a little more about them and their brand…

So the skirt is the statement piece this time (well.. along with the shoes too!). I love how in light, it shades different as you can see with the mirror reflections below.
I kept it simple and chic with a black bodysuit with puffy sleeves, hair up and added suede effect booties. I thought this would create a nice little night out look (whereas I would do this to work!)
You can always dress it down by going for a simpler skirt or toned down heels, or dress up by adding heavy jewellery.

The Packaging: okay so the packaging is pretty basic at the front; model wearing them, brand at the side, limited text. The back gives you a little more detail in various languages:
“Exclusive women’s tights with decorative bikini part. Very elegant and comfortable. Without finger part marked.”
By the way I have no idea what it means when it says ‘finger part marked’ – if anyone knows just comment below!
Inside the packaging, you find them neatly wrapped around cardboard. I am actually dreading getting these on; that colour is not appealing to me whatsoever right now but I thought I would give ‘Daino’ a go!
Getting Them On: now these are a fine denier, which means hosiery gloves need to be on. To be honest you can’t really differentiate the back from the front, so I looked at the design that is on the hosiery and made a judgement call; the bigger design side I put on the back of me (that’s how I normally do it!)
I would also say to use the scrunch and roll method, especially if you have anklets as these can be prone to catching.
The Panty: now this design I really do like. I don’t think they have the whole panty-thing built in, but then again I always wear underwear with my hosiery (so still new to this part!). The design covers the back and the front, with the back being the wider part (I damn well hope so because that’s how I’ve worn it!)
It’s a very light floral/spiral design as these are in the nude category, but still quite visible when you get them on. If you was to opt for black, then you would find the design to be more visible than on the nude.
On The Legs: they fit really well. They hug the legs and there is no gapping under knees or around the ankles, so you get a gorgeous fit. They are so silky smooth that your legs just glide off one another. One thing I love and hate is how it changes in the light. During the day it’s pretty dull and doesn’t look that great on the legs, but when the flash hits, they just become this amazing pair of hosiery!
The Toes: very sheer and perfect for those of you who like to wear open toe shoes / sandals. There is plenty of wiggle room in them and you will find that there are no pressure on the toes when you are in them for the whole day. I don’t think these are reinforced but I would advise to be careful with long toenails as you don’t want them ripping through.
The Waistband: is a lovely fitted one, and I have no complaints. They hold up well, the gusset sits flush against me and they are super comfortable. They hardly move or roll down if you’re sitting a lot which is a bonus so I am pleased with that.
The Colour: I was really intrigued to see the colour of these on the legs as I have never come across ‘Daino’ before. In the packaging it looked like a dull slight browny colour, but then it’s always different when you get your legs in them, and I was pleasantly surprised by it. They are a subtle tan which have a semi-shine during the day, but when the light catches it, your legs turn into a glitter ball! I love how shiny they are and they just look stunning!
These surprised me for sure, and I am so glad that I gave them a go. Not only are they cheap, they are really decent to be honest and I love that shine!
These are a real good quality; no snags, no runs, no nothing so they stayed pristine all day!
I wouldn’t say this has an oil-effect look on the legs, but if you’re after that and don’t want to splurge too much on hosiery, then I would certainly recommend this pair to you.
